Having said that Neptune-transits really suck.

When Tr Neptune was square my Mars exact, I had to get treatment for iron deficiency.

Now Tr Neptune is square my own Neptune at 10 minutes of orb, and this time it effects my skin/ nails.

Nothing really horrible or lifethreatening, but annoying.

I suppose that raises the issues of having healthy boundaries once again for me.

When Tr Neptune squared Mars I had to learn to assert myself; question is what is it now?

Interestingly Tr Neptune had been square my ASC (exact: february 2015, november and december 2015).

But I don`t remember any physical ailments in february. Actually I do not remember much from february anyway. lol

5 degrees or so is the maximum. Its not so much the orb of the longitude in aspect as whether it is being reinforced by a contra-parallel in declination. This is why there has long been confusion over some of the most basic aspects like conjunctions and oppositions (or squares in fixed signs) -- because the corresponding declination aspect comes into play.

Check the declination of your natal Venus. Neptune is now at 8S37 [-8*37'], so a similar position in north declination by a natal planet (orb about 0*45' or less) would get touched off with a contra-parallel aspect.

Neptune transiting opposite natal Venus is a good time to play with the soft edges of your imagination -- without any strings attached to aims for outcomes. Its not about resisting or giving in to any possible flights of fancy or delusions, its about allowing imagination some free rein and seeing what it attracts.

As they say, 'just be careful what you wish for...'

It can be a good time to do some writing in a journal tied to your dreams, and appreciating what you observe in others that are admirable qualities (again with no aims to outward plans or results). In other words, let what is outside you that charms you affect your personal values in.

The guy I'm dating has Venus exactly opposite of mine. Before me, he was dating a girl that was a controlling knifing mess.

And I spent 3 years in a relationship with a label phobe.

Sometimes I feel like bad Neptune transits can feel like broken dreams.

When ex dumped me Uranus was exactly squaring my Neptune. I felt awful around that time.

And Neptune is squaring my ASC, never payed much attention to it until now.

So while Neptune may be transiting opposite your natal Venus, it is contra-parallel your natal Saturn. That is a difficult one that is more psychological, exposing insecurities/uncertainties.

Yes, actually that is correct. I mis-stated when I said 'contra-parallel.' Transiting Neptune is parallel your natal Saturn. This one is a bit different, more about dissolving an old reality structure, seeing that some of the 'facts' you believed about the world aren't necessarily true, and possibly letting go of some responsibilities that were based on beliefs formed out of these mis-perceptions.

Give it an orb of around 40-45' max. So it should be over by April 2016.
