I am looking at a condo, that I think is a really good buy but two separate psychic's said don't but EVERYONE in my life says yes! Ugh...don't know what to do!!! FYI this Tuesday my birthday June 9th, I have Jupiter and Venus in 8th house solar return.

In astrology, without a good look at your natal chart and progressions, the only rules are avoid signing deals when Mercury is Retrograde, and some astrologers will say when Venus is Retrograde as well.Sometimes a purchase is a bad idea, not because its a bad deal on the surface (asking price, features, location, etc), but because of other things related to either financing particulars, or the place may be unhealthy, or in some other way negatively affect course in life. In this one, I'd trust the psychics IF they were both speaking truly independently of each other. Your solar return is irrelevant for such a consideration. If you share your birth data I can look at your transits/progressions. Generally we don't want to take on a property or make a move when there are adverse aspects to the natal Moon/significator of the 4th (of a validated chart). Its up to you. ------------------

I purchased a house during Mercury Retrograde. It's perfectly ok to do this, but you MUST read every line of the contract you are signing at least 3 times. Ask plenty of questions and stay as objective as possible. Bring another person with you to serve as an extra pair of eyes and ears.What does your gut tell you? Psychics are not necessarily correct. If you feel like something isn't right about the condo, then don't buy it. Your intuition will steer you in the right direction.

I also bought my condo during Mercury RX (2013). So far so good. I do not regret it. More than that I am grateful I moved forward with this purchase (had my reservations). Now in Mass, price of real estate went up well... by a lot.IP: Logged |

Good for you, StillHopeful. There are definitely factors that can override Mercury Rx (like Jupiter), and I don't think people should stop living/communicating during it. I moved from TX to Oregon during Merc Rx and have no regrets. ------------------
