Anyone care to share their personal experiences of when Transit Jupiter was going through their 7th house and/or conjunct their natal Sun?I'm going to be experiencing this transit soon. I have Sun conjunct Mercury in 7th house natally already, and my Jupiter will be transiting there around July, or so. Anyone has gone through this and care to share their experiences? I'm so anxious to see if anything positive, or if anything at all significant will happen in my life. Thanks in advance! ------------------ “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." If Jupiter is transiting your Sun around July, then it means it won’t go retrograde and there will be only one exact hit... In that case, I wouldn’t expect much of an influence or it will be very intense but short (app. 10 days). Jupiter will conjunct my Venus in August and unfortunately there will also be only one exact hit so I might not feel this lovely influence that much. I went through Jupiter conjunct Sun some years ago and it was quite a good transit. My Sun is in the first house, conjunct Ascendant. I was a student and participated for the first time in an international voluntary project abroad and met a lot of people from different countries. It surely expanded my horizons which perfectly corresponds to Jupiter’s role... If Sun is in your 7th house then you might expect something positive happening at interpersonal level. Edit: Also, pay attention not to put on weight! In fact, during that time I gained some extra kilos but it's hard to say whether it was because Jupiter was conjunct Sun or my ASC..

Thank you for replying. Yes, I know it only lasts a short amount of time (the exact conjunction) - which I don't really count on. Just Jupiter's transit through my 7th house. Wonder what it will bring to me. When Transit Jupiter in Libra was conjunct my natal Venus (in Libra 8th house - on fixed star Spica) I met the father of my kids, so you might get lucky, lol. I just hope this transit of Jupiter through my 7th house doesn't turn into legal trouble. Jupiter through my 6th house..around the time it was exactly conjunct my Cancer Moon in 6th house is when I got sick last year in 2014 around July 14th-18th. So that was a horrible transit..hopefully Jupiter through my 7th house doesn't turn into something negative as well =/. This is what I'm hoping for Athene. If you don't mind, which planet rules your Descendant? And do you have any planets in your 7th house? Just curious.. Towards the end of the Transit Jupiter through my 6th house..it turned into a "blessing in disguise" in a way. I'm now much healthier, and financially stable than I was back then at least. I just see improvements in regards to my health from now on..so the transit turned out OK in the end even though in the beginning it was horrible!! I hope nothing bad happens -- I'm just so anxious. I have Sun conjunct Mercury in 7th house with vertex in the mix, but they all Square Saturn in my natal 9th house :/. To top it off, Saturn + Uranus rule my chart because I'm Aquarius rising. So I feel this will affect me very, very personally, but not in a positive way due to the natal squares, grr.. With my Moon in Cancer in 6th house (while Jupiter was transiting my 6th) -- thehard aspect my moon has are with Venus in 8th house (Moon square Venus, and Moon Square Pluto). The rest are trines such as Moon trine Jupiter and Saturn. Positive aspects to my natal Sun conjunct Mercury are a trine to Mars..trines Neptune and sextiles Pluto. But I can't just shake that harsh Sun conjunct Mercury square natal Saturn aspect! I know something bad will either start it, or end it..hopefully it will turn out like the Tr Jupiter-Moon aspect :/. Sorry for the rambling..I'm just so anxious. I keep praying nothing terrible happens to me nor my family/loved ones.. ------------------ “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." You can always look back at what happened when you went through this transit previously -- same exact transit, not Jupiter-Moon. It would be better to get clues from other transits when Jupiter was opposite or square natal Sun than looking to how it worked out when it transited other points in your birth chart.Jupiter in transit conjunct natal Sun is a time of general growth and activity, renewal of vitality and involvement, and starts a 6-year cycle of growth/outreach. Certainly it engages the positive energies of a jovian nature, feeling more open to life. How much it offers for you this time around depends on things like how long the transit actually lasts and what other transits/progressions accompany it. These have been my experiences in all 4 of my own Jupiter conjunct/parallel natal Sun transits. Also, the transit may not be measured in its duration only by Jupiter's movement in longitude. Depending on your natal Sun's position and Jupiter's movement, you could experience the parallel transit (declination) a bit before/after, potentially lengthening Jupiter's benefits to natal Sun. Natal Sun = strength, vitality, cosmic masculine principle. Jupiter transit = temporary nudge of confidence, expansion, growth. Other than that, I cannot give any more specific interpretation for your mystery chart. ------------------ Astrology & natural medicine blog: 3D full sky astrology with declinations Complete Rising Sign descriptions IP: Logged |

Also health issues are associated with Jupiter itself in transit/progression only when we are over-extending ourselves or behaving in some way out of hubris or haste (as in accidents). Sometimes we may over-extend ourselves, but not realize it until matters like inflammations or fluid buildup hit a climax during a Jupiter transit/progression, but the problem was already there.------------------ Astrology & natural medicine blog: 3D full sky astrology with declinations Complete Rising Sign descriptions IP: Logged |

My ruler of the seventh house is Mars. I don't have any planets in the seventh but I do have POF conjunct the 7th house cusp.IP: Logged |

I did, but nothing truly significant happened. I did meet potential "husband material" boyfriends, but none that I truly felt connected with. I did have 1 unrequited love during that transit though. But the one during this year also shows up in my solar return chart (Sun conjunct Jupiter, Mercury, POF, Vertex, North node, and Juno all in my natal solar return 7th house..which already have Sun+Mercury + Vertex in there). So that's why I feel it will be very powerful and much different than my previous Tr Jupiter through 7th house transit. My health issue during Jupiter/Moon was mental, not really physical. Oh ok. It's much easier to follow transits with outer planets. Thanks ------------------ “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." Tarot Readings by Me Facebook - ReadingsbyAzul IP: Logged |

Maybe some clarification is in order. Transits are windows of opportunity. What happens during them depends on how we make use of them, or more accurately, how we have been making use of our related (and preceding) windows of opportunity. Transits don't represent events that happen 'to' us, so much as how these energies play out consciously or subconsciously. So it is better to take charge over the next month or so by putting a well-visioned intention into play to negate the anxiety you feel. Otherwise the anxiety wastes the awareness and can run interference with work, sleep, or anything else, right? ------------------ Astrology & natural medicine blog: 3D full sky astrology with declinations Complete Rising Sign descriptions IP: Logged |

Eh, I don't agree with that. I believe Transits bring a significant event into your life (depending on the transit, of course). I believe in predictive readings - and astrology is just another tool to predict the future accurately. But that's just my belief..don't mean to disrespect yours. Thanks for the advice!

The reason I brought up Jupiter-Moon transit is because everywhere else I read this transit would be bringing positive into my life, not negative. I even read the possibility of a pregnancy could happen (Cancer covers my 5th/6th house). The reason I brought it up was to give an example on how the natal aspects also play a role in how well the transit plays out -- whether it will bring "positive" or "negative" into your life. I was just trying to compare and contrast the aspects I have natally and factoring them into the "transit". ------------------ “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." Romances. I had one with a foreign guy and it was long distance when Jupiter first entered my seventh house. Then I met someone else at work but we are friends now. In my current solar return Jupiter is also in the fifth. In my natal chart my moon rules the seventh house and is in the seventh house too. I'm excited to see what Jupiter brings when it conjuncts my Moon. IP: Logged |

Hope it brings something positive towards you. I had Solar return Jupiter conjunct the Moon in 5th house when I met the guy I'm currently in love with. We're not in a relationship though :/..plus right now we're on a break. We had a friends with benefits relationship, but I want something more serious. Last time he said he wasn't ready, so I just stopped talking to him . Good luck with yours!~! ------------------ “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." So far nothing positive has really happened. Health problems were still happening (up and down), but getting better now. I am on some meds (rather not get into it). Tr. Jupiter is still transiting through my 7th house. Typically reminds me of the last time Jupiter transited the 7th house - it was all about my health as well over 10 years ago =/ (when it really started). Maybe when it's about to switch signs something positive and relationship related will happen? ------------------ Tarot Readings by Me Facebook - ReadingsbyAzul IP: Logged |
