What aspects/placements cause someone to hate being alone? Like even having lots of friends yet still feeling lonely?

Generally, I have found that a bunch of Libra or Cancer chart influences to show that.

For example - Barry Gibb from the Bee Gees (1970s) musical group. He was born a Virgo, however he always had a need to share his life with somebody. He is not the type who would be alone.
