Yes we are ruled by both Uranus and Saturn. How would this give someone a two-faced appearance? A lot of signs are ruled by two planets. All it means is that Uranus and Saturn would have an impact on you throughout your life. Check the houses to see exactly where and how.

Saturn is very favorable towards Aquarius/11th house. A lot more than Capricorn in my opinion.

Allright, i'm not a native english speaker i meant with two-faced, different ways of presenting yourself, especially the 2 from uranus and saturn, weird/serious..
