Is it me or do the energies of Virgo/6H/Mercury, Pisces/12H/Neptune, Cancer/4H/Moon and 2H combined in some way have something to do with it?

I do have third house cusp in Scorpio, so the reply is on to something! I do have a moon sextile Mercury and moon square pluto. I can be loud when I'm comfortable with ppl and something has to move me to really talk about things. What I've noticed with placements to Neptune, Pluto, or maybe Jupiter is that the conversation has to move them for them to talk, like a spark. Pluto likes to read between the lines of what people are saying. Jupiter loves the bigger picture in conversations and Neptune just loves what you are really are saying.

I've got Hermes in 2H, and the ruler of my 6H is trine Poseidonas. Also, I've got Aphrodite conjunct Hermes, so that might be a possibility. Maybe Water Signs or Libra on the 3rd cusp? And Hermes opposite Hades. That might not be quiet in voice, but I think quietness in general.

My sister has a mercury in 6th house and and she is far from quiet. I think mercury in the third and six house can make your mind very active. I have a Mercury in gemini, but I won't talk just to be talking. I have to be comfortable.

And also, A Virgo may be quiet at first meeting, but please wait until the second meeting with them, they will talk up a storm! They are calculated thinkers.
