I`ve had experiences with merc in pisces and everytime i find it a little hard to hear what they say. Their voice can be very low and can often be "blurry" in their verbal communication in my experience. Its like their words gets lost in the "fog" while they speak its so embarrassing bc its been a few times i`ve had to say "huh, what did you say?" no matter how hard i try to hear them. It seems like its always some kind of a "blur" that casts itself over their voice when verbally communicating. Tbh i understand them better when they don`t speak bc their verbal communication is just so blurry sometimes. I haven`t experienced this from alot of merc in pisces bc i only know two with this merc sign so that is why i want to know if its just me or is this a trait of merc in pisces? IP: Logged |

Yea I have this, and almost nobody can hear my normal voice except people who are used to it...Its low volume and sing-songy, like a melody you just cant quite hear clearly unless you choose to listen tentatively Ive had to create a much louder than normal sort of voice for speaking to everyone else... which took a LONG time to develop haha ------------------ You can't handle my level of Tinfoil! ~ {;,;} IP: Logged |

My Pisces Mercury is in 8th house and squares Saturn and Chiron. So, it is like my destiny to be misunderstood all the time. When I have only good intentions, people approach me like I treat them badly or I am a bad person. It is maybe because of Asc-Pluto square,i don2t know 8indecisive Pisces Mercury ) I speak very loudly, i think it has to do with my Aries Sun-Jupiter conjunction or Leo Asc?IP: Logged |

My Merc in Pisces is conjunct my Venus & ASC. I'm a writer, which is how I communicate best. I've noticed Merc in Pisces (including myself) speak really sloooowly. There's a comedian on netflix (can't remember his name) that irritated me so much with the way he couldn't seem to spit out his words that I had to turn him off. I looked up his chart and he was a merc in pisces. Personally, I think this placement is best when communication is expressed through the arts (writing, painting, singing, etc) Especially if it's placed in the 12th house like mine, then it needs to be "discovered" if that makes sense. Pisces Mercury here, yup the 1st post put it right. Misunderstood all the time, talking through fog is the right description, been told I talk to quiet many times. I dont take it as offence but as a nudge to put more focus into talking.I do think it has to do with having thoughts always somewhere else so when we speak we dont really speak in full focus. I catch myself talking but my thoughts are already somewhere else. I get tounge tied a lot IP: Logged |

Mine is in Pisces. This doesn't happen when I'm speaking in one of the European languages I speak. When I speak English, I'm occasionally misunderstood, but only in a casual context... and usually it's when I'm talking to a person who has a very different accent to mine (e.g. an Asian accent). It also doesn't happen when I give a speech or oral presentation because I make an effort to be as clear as possible. The Mercuries I find it most difficult to communicate with are: Aries (rarely), Virgo (always!), Libra (occasionally). It's not so much that they don't hear what I'm saying. They simply seem 'lost' because we are worlds apart on an intellectual level. Do you have either of these three Mercuries Dreaminess? Don't worry at all about embarrassing the Pisces Mercury person. You can ask them to repeat a million times. They won't be bothered at all. They (we) are usually easy going and very patient. IP: Logged |

I have a Libra mercury so it might be why. But its more like its hard for me to hear them than to understand them bc when i finally hear them i understand hehe. This is actually the hardest merc for me to hear verbally bc of the "fogginess" in their verbal communication so it makes it a little hard to understand. So good that they are patient bc its been a few times i have pretended to hear what they said bc i didn`t want to be rude and ask one more time. I do find it better to "hear" them when they dont speak though, like in writing etc.

9H Pisces Merc RX here I have never had the issue of being too quiet to hear. I constantly had to be reminded to use my "inside voice" as a child and even now, at almost 30, people sometimes still have to tell me to shoosh. It reminds me of this meme i saw "We all have that one friend. That one who thinks they are whispering, but everyone can hear them." Like 8 people tagged me in that when it was floating around facebook for a day. I do have a very boistrous ASC (Leo) and my Merc is square my Mars/Uranus conjunction so this could make me one of the exceptions and not the rule. I do, however, have the issue of people not understanding what i mean because i dont always say all of what im thinking. IP: Logged |

I don't think there's a problem with them volume wise. Ones I've known were loud. But, you could say there is certainly a "fog" about what they're saying. Unless you have a water mercury, you'll have a hard time understanding everything they're saying. It's the least logical mercury placement, yet a gentle one. They think in terms of imagery, colors, vibes, and "how" things are said instead of what was said. They can talk in a very flowery way. They can be quite empathetic and open to my Scorpio mercury. I'll admit, they can be nice to talk to after a long day of cold, hard, logic. Ones I know have trouble with math though. Of course Einstein had this placement however. I do think the rich imagination of Pisces mercury helped him visualize his theories. IP: Logged |

I giggled aloud as soon as I read the title of this thread! My voice is not low. People hear me pretty clearly and usually enjoy the sound of my voice. I have Mercury in the 6th and also Venus in Taurus - which I'm sure plays a role also. My thoughts can sometimes be scattered all over the place. And I can be super random. Which is amusing. So I'm definitely Piscean in that way! LOL. IP: Logged |
