I have browsed various threads on Solar Return charts. However, I am curious about one specific aspect. If you have experience with Solar Return Ascendant in Natal 12th House, I would really like to know what kind of year you had. Some of the things I read are fairly cryptic, but I don't want to put too much stock into that. Hope it isn't all bad and someone has something positive to say. Thanks!

I'm actually experiencing this for my current solar return. So far I'm not really sure what the outcome of this year will be. So far it hasn't been too bad. The last time I had this, I was 12 & we moved from my childhood home to another state. It was a hard yr I must admit, but I also think your other transits play a major role too. Right now my SR sun & moon are trining pluto, but the sun & moon are also opposing each other to & they say that makes for a yr of "crisis" they are opposing from the 3rd & 9th houses. So family, neighbors, communications, and short trips, opposing spirituality, higher education, and long distance travel. I'm sorry if my post wasn't helpful enough. IP: Logged |

Thanks, babybull! And thanks for the welcome lalalinda! I have been here a while but do not get to post often. Hope this changes soon! Babybull, your response was very uplifting to read. Thank you times a million! SR charts are new to me and I made the mistake of reading Vedic interpretations - everything about it was depressing and left me feeling hopeless - no silver lining. It implied a lot of confinement, grief, and ill health in the family, more than anything else. Even had a reference to time in jail. And those are all issues (minus jail) I have been through year after year for five years straight. Cannot imagine it again. It interests me to know you had this aspect in a SR chart at age 12 and moved to another state. I would like to move this year --- if so, it would be a lot of work and a good move (worth the work). That said, I am very interested in your Sun/Moon opposition trining Pluto. I am still in the baby stages of learning astrology but love thinking about all of this. If I come across any extra info. or think of something about Sun/Moon opposition in House 3 trining pluto, I will pass it along. Typically, I like 3rd/9th house and this is an interesting aspect.
