Jupiter-Saturn conjunct suggest "slow growth" or "calculated risks".

The expansive nature of Jupiter is kept in check by the grounded,practical Saturn.

The 4th house is about your emotional state(psychologically) and the home, mother,place that you feel you can't live without or feel you need to surround yourself with(environmentally) in order to feel like you "belong' or are "home" etc.

Jupiter in 4th often suggests that you are a happy chappy!! But the Saturn conjunct to Jupiter also alludes to a strict, disciplined environment.

Its either you learned to respect the authority of the early environment. Or had a difficult time with it as you found it restrictive and confining.

I have a friend with Jupiter conjunct Saturn(born in Feb 81) and he tends to make the best(Jupiter) of an austere situation(Saturn).

Sort of keeps his nose to the grindstone and gets on with the business at hand- no matter how unpleasant that business is.

Jupiter though wants expansion and change and its interaction with Saturn suggests that

1. There could be house moves.But not likely to be many.As the feeling of stability is paramount to you(Saturn).

2.You could decorate,re-arrange your house so that it allows more freedom of movement.

These re-arrangements are not likely to be just for aesthetic appeal. But more for practical purposes(Saturn)

And lastly; that you could move to a foreign land(Jupiter)because of economic or business ideas(Saturn).

The move to the foreign land is likely to be permanent(Saturn)- especially if Pluto aspects the Moon by transit at that time.

Saturn in 4th also suggests that establishing a place of "belonging" is paramount to you; either through marriage, buying a home or being involved in propriety development as a career etc.

People with Saturn in 4th often want to be the ones in charge in the home environment or want to "run" the house in a authoritative way.

What is your ASC though? because that would determine whether your 4th house is libra or not.
But if it is 4th house,

harsh jupiter aspects are all about up and downs

I myself have it but in opposition

Jupiter represents your hopes, dreams, knowledge, philosophical beliefs
Saturn represents reality, practicality, discipline,

so your jupiter in libra and Saturn is like constantly duking it out, sometimes saturn loses due to transits and sometimes jupiter wins also for the same reason.

The result is that... 4th house being home, mother and inner happiness,
those 3 things and other things that 4th house represents goes through huge ups and downs between optimism and reality check in the areas of what Libra represents, so I assume... family partnerships?

Or saturn being the father and jupiter being the philosophical belifs and knowledge, maybe he tries to teach you stuff a little too much or maybe he can be difficult to deal with sometimes?

I don't have many aspects with Saturn and Jupiter.

Saturn Inconjunct MC in Pisces. And Saturn Jupiter both square Mars Sag 6th.

Father died when I was 21. Was never close. Worked away from home half the month. When home was detached, abusive, or caring. Up and down as you mention. Mother as well.

but 4th house is all about your true inner happiness. Home issues may sometimes can't be controlled, but you should consider thinking about.. certain things that doesn't necessarily make you happy
I have major family issues too but for me I came to realize bad habits should be looked at too

And does nodes have any aspect?? they serve as a significant factor when looking at aspects too

These two in 4th in Libra means ylur childhood might have been rough. No one cares about your emotion but your family might have financially provided for you. Your Mars square the conjunction means you have to learn caution with your assertion. The square to Mars imp teaches you to be disciplined. Earlier in life it might feel like nothing is good enough ...

North Node in 2nd house I am well aware of, but as for Chiron and BML, I seriously lack the knowledge to tell you anything about it confidently, hopefully Ami Anne can help us understand this better? and as for minor aspects such as sesquiquadrate, I simply don't pay any attention to minor aspects at all personally.

but from what I've been told of Chiron is that.. Chiron represents mixed blessings, in a sense that it represents an area where you are severely wounded, while giving you the power of healing others who may be facing similar struggles. The guiding light.

And North Node being in 2nd, and Leo squaring its original house sign, Taurus, may cause you to struggle when it comes to... surviving on your own with your values and finances and so on.. but as you've mentioned before, it seems North Node's effects are already died out
