Ok.. First and foremost, I will say this.. Relocations charts generally do not seem to make a HUGE difference.. Although, I do believe they can definitely highlight specific things within a person. It does make sense that certain areas could affect people differently.. However, personally, the main thing I pay attention to in regards to relocation is the effect it has on solar return charts.I'm sure someone else will chime in with a more relevant response, but.. Your natal chart is your natal chart regardless of where you are.. However, the area in which you live may have a certain impact in bringing out certain parts of the personality. A relocation chart isn't your actual natal chart, rather it is kind of like if you were to put a very translucent chart on top of the chart you actually have. It will have a certain resonance, but isn't going to completely change the way your chart manifests. Sun and moon in the 12th isn't necessarily all that bad. In fact, if you moved there, it may very well be what you need at this time. Although, as I've stated, having sun and moon in the 12th in a relocation chart is NOT the same as having it in your natal. If anything, It might help to bring a little bit of a highlight on those areas while you live there. Personally, I don't think that makes it totally worth moving just to get away from it.
