I am a Sagg, I met a Cancer man back in December 2014, we were so perfect together, we could never get enough of each other. then al of a sudden he got a job working in Cali we lived in Vegas, and he had to move there. I thought I was going to lose my mind. I wanted to go see him but he said with union construction jobs he would be working all the time and studing for a license he has to get so he won't have time for me. So i thought I would just keep the communication open by always reaching out to him. And the told me he would be to busy some time and he understand he would have to make time, so i kept trying i told him i understood. and then i didn't hear from him for about 3 days i lost it and was calling and text like crazy and then i got a text that said "this is not working i think we should call it quits before things get out of hand. I apologize". he said he think it would be the best thing to do, that it wasn't me he just don't have time for a relationship anymore. I want him back, want can i do.

Sounds like you scared him off by how you reacted to not hearing him for a mere three days. I don't think there is much you can do but stop talking to him and hope that one day he would want to see you again after some absence.

Awww! Most important thing to do is -Give him some space and see if he reaches out to you. It is always a good idea to let a guy miss you a bit.
Meanwhile you can stay busy with your work/studies, catch up with some old friends/make new friends, learn a new craft, etc... Thing is to stay busy and avoid thinking about him non stop.Simple things to make yourself busy and not obsess over his new life.

So get busy with your life and maybe one day you can let him catch up with you. Only if you want to : )

With tricky I mean that had I been the cancer guy in this situation, and I have been in a similar situation, I would start analyzing every move other person makes. If I request little to no contact and it continues, it will put me off FOREVER. If person shows absolutely no interest in me, I will-probably if I like him still-slowly come around with a small sms here and there to keep contact open. But one mistake and it's doomed.

I haven't met one Cancer that actually likes being chased. We are Cardinal and will most likely come forward when time is right. Not like an Aries who might spontaneously combust of excitement but we will do it our way.

One thing you can guarantee with a Cancer man (at least in my experience) is that if there are still lingering feelings, they WILL come back. Once someone has made an impression on their heart, they have a VERY hard time letting go.

I sense as well that when they've detached themselves, that's pretty much it. They aren't ones to revisit something once they've mentally decided it's over because to get to that place was probably a very painstaking process.

Do as the others have suggested and just leave him be and see what happens. If he never comes back, then you know it's time to move on.

Yeah, that much I know he is the 3rd Cancer i have dated and one I thought was completely done because it ended very nasty, I thought I would never her from him again and I didn't 2 years later which was too late, and the second one, althought it is over we are still friends and he wants me back but it is too late for him too.

It wasn't a nasty break up he just said he don't have the time it would take to stay in a relationship and he knows I will need the attention it takes.

Thank you all for you input I have faith that when this project ends I will hear from him again or sooner because I know for sure I made an impression on him. He made that very clear and one thing i know about cancers is they don't mention you to their family unless you have made such an impression the they want to share you with the ones they love. And they are momma's boys and he told her about me and his best friend too.

If there is anything I have learned from men, it is that if they are not in the right mindset for a relationship, they will not enter a relationship, period. I have no idea how they can do this, because as women I feel like we are always open to the idea of a relationship if someone really cool comes around. But for men, it could be Heidi Klum knocking at their door, and if they aren't ready mentally for a relationship, they will not be in one until that little light goes on in their head that says they are ready. It's just how they work..
