So i noticed someone had natural pointy ears, like elfs or something, not so very obvious but slightly..
So is this typical for a certain rising, capricorn perhaps?

Looks like a Libra Ascendant to me. My friend has Libra Ascendant and actually has a similar look going on, but his ears are not as pointed. IP: Logged |

I see what you mean, it's like an lobeless ear with a slight pointy ear at the top. Small ears, are generally a Cardinal thing? Virgo + Cap risings sometimes have those elfish ears, but i doubt Cap, because his aren't sticky out more. He could be a Leo Rising? IP: Logged |

I have elf ears which show up from my hair a lot plus pointy nose...Capricorn asc

I think it's Gemini.
The only people I know with elf-like appearance (not always the ears... it can be a combination of pointy ears and/or other things) - have Gemini prominent. IP: Logged |

Ive only known one person who had pointy ears she had elvish facial features. Shes a libra sun. My boyfriend doesnt have pointy ears but he also resembles an elf, high cheekbone, tall and lean hes a libra sun too, virgo asc.IP: Logged |

Entered "beyonce pointy ears" into google and this is the best and clearest there is ...  These ears are not "pointy" or elfin. Not even as elfin or prominent as these:  I think Beyonce's personal dysmorphia has run smack into others' florid imagination. Is it possible that she has had them pinned back surgically? Maybe just a bit. Here she is as a youngster with perfectly normal, average ears:
