What was it like? How did you feel? In which house did it take place?

I guess I am getting a little nervous since I am getting closer to my conjucting after the summer

Saturn first hit my Moon in late 2012. My Scorpio Moon is in the 10th and on the Midheaven. I started working from home. Things got really stressful and I got fired for the first time in my life.

It stayed conjunct until about early 2014, but I still didn't get too much of a break after because the majority of Saturn in Scorpio was quite rough for me.

But, looking back, that time set the stage for a lot of positive changes I've made in my life. There's going to be some growing pains for you and whatever you've gotten really comfortable with, symbolized by the house your Moon is in, might get shaky or difficult or stressful. You're going to learn to grow up more in this life area and find greater happiness by knowing what you can control about it and what you can't.

The good thing is that you've got time to prepare for it. Attitude is everything with Saturn. The more you focus on the things that suck, the more things will suck. This is a lesson that really could've made this transit easier for me.

Doesn't sound too fun from what I see. But if it is a time to discipline and mature in some area of life, I guess it's something that must be pointed out, even under difficult circumstances.

What I fear most with this aspect is that I don't want to be feeling any more down than I already do. Emotional pain also is something I don't think I can handle anymore

It's in my 6th house Sag. Health issues are also something I worry about

Thank you for your experience 89freespirit, it did help me get an idea of what I should be expecting!

Indeed, maybe it is time to prepare myself, somehow

You're welcome. And no, it's not entirely fun. But, it doesn't have to be really miserable, either. Think of it as getting down to the essentials and sometimes that requires a sacrifice or a new sense of accountability that makes things less carefree.

Depression can commonly happen under this transit (it did to me). But, one of the main causes of depression is feeling like you lack control in an area or more of your life. This time can make you focus on that lack of control too much because you suddenly feel this compulsion for everything to go according to plan. That was the issue for me so avoiding this attitude is already a big-time pre-emptive strike.

I would tell you to find a real focus during this time; something simple and structured that you can control and that allows you to feel grounded in the midst of the stress and anxiety this transit can bring. You've got to find something that can allow you to truly be your own boss. For me, I learned to focus on career-oriented things that were totally in my hands, particularly writing.

For you, with a 6th House Moon, I would probably tell you to really hunker down on your fitness routines and your diet, as well as your daily habits. Your to-do list will be your best friend! Just keep focusing on the little things that will continue to make your life productive. Serious setbacks regarding your job may arise now and this will mean that you'll need an area of your life that can run exactly according to how you want it to. Just don't become too rigid or obsessive about these things, either.

1989 (age 19). Saturn conjunct natal Moon 12 Capricorn. Depression. Isolation, and healing in which I shut out my entire previous peer group. An emotional/personal restart. Not pleasant, but necessary. Cold relationship with parents, with whom I was still living.

That is one problem I am persistently trying to solve..Focus. so that I can get through this also as easy and less painful as possible.

Why so worried? I have probably mentioned this before. Well, Neptune. He at the same time will be in a square to t.Saturn. putting my Moon in the middle. making things a little more dificult to understand what is going on and stay in focus.

And if that isn't enough I also have Nep opposing my n.Saturn at this time, which ofcourse leads to the square once again to t.Saturn conjucting my Moon.
Hopefully I will get through this alive & come out stronger in the end!

tSaturn will hit my 8H SAG Moon in 2017. IDK exactly what to expect, especially bc my Moon already receives an aspect from my nSaturn, a square.

Oh,you also have the square. Aren't we lucky! :|

Although I have heard somewhere that having hard aspects nataly, makes it easier to handle the difficult transits that are similar to the natal.
Not quite sure yet tbh

Whenever Saturn forms aspects with my personal planets,it coincides with a feeling of being "cramped".

Now the Moon is where one enjoys security, peace of mind and sanctity. So aspects to it, can be very difficult indeed.

I have natal Moon squaring Mars and opposing Mercury. So any aspect to Moon will also affect Mars/Mercury

I am touchy about freedom of thought (Mercury)as well as action(Mars).

In late 2010/2011 to late 2012, I just recall living through a rough period (career-wise) of feeling like authority was imposing itself on me.

One of the starkest manifestation of this transit was working in an environment where my boss sat right behind me-seeing absolutely everything that I was busy with and feeling extremely cramped.

The other instance was when I worked in an environment where there were so few of us ,that the boss made it a point to micro-manage every little detail of our work scope.

If you have Mars/Uranus/Jupiter aspects like I do to Sun/Moon/Asc( actually I would also include Neptune here), you will feel like you can't even fart without someone in authority being in earshot of it.

For those who have strong Saturn aspects natally, this period is managed quite well and can be extremely productive.

For those who have Pluto/Mars aspects to personal planets natally,a tug of war for control(Pluto)or complete autonomy(Mars) may certainly ensue between them and those in charge.

Generally one feels like emotionally (Moon),they have to be more conservative(Saturn).

april 1992 - january 1993:
very taxing time period. As Kannon put it, depression, isolation, shutting out my peer group.
Personal restart, though truth be told it did not really go that well, as I got stuck in the "ivory-tower-phase".

Externally this was the time my maternal grandfather was diagnosed with a very nasty form of leucemia (usually deadly, but the chemo worked at least in so far that it gave him 5 or 6 more years, but it also weakened his body, and we suspect his stroke might have been an aftermath effect. but of course noone really knows).

Anyway this sickness had the consequence of a total restructure of our family structure and family home, which had to be rebuilt to make room for him (he stayed with us for the year of his treatment, and then a few years later, too, after he was coming out of hospital following the stroke that left him unable to use his left side anymore).

There was also a collapse in another way (beliefsystem and emotional things) that rendered me emotionally-spritually paralysed and half-dead, to speak the truth.

I could have used that transit in better ways I think. But at exact that time the Tr Uranus-Neptune-conjunction was also exactly opposing my natal Saturn (which is inconjunct my Moon). It was just too much for an 18 year old girl, I suppose, or at least for THIS girl it was.

In August 2006 I was having the opposition of Tr Saturn to my n Moon.
While preceding it was a period of outmost depression and isolation as well, and the feeling of havin been stuck an dthe longing to "go home", it also marked the beginning of coming out of the "stuck-phase" emotionalla nd spiritually.
Interestingly enough that same month I stumbled across Lindaland and decided to take up my astrological studies again and work on the spiritual-emotional issues I was still carrying around.
A few months before, that feling of wanting "to go home" led me to the open air concert, where Iwould see MR SAg for the first time in my life, and that timeframe was a pivotal turning point in my life (the whole period, not just that one evening of course).
During that time I was also having Tr Pluto conjunct my n Sun-Mercury-conjunction. plus Tr Neptune conjunct my n Moon.
It was definitely an interesting time. lol

Now I have just come out of a series of Tr Saturn square my n Moon (nov 2013 - august 2014).
There was partially a feeling of aloneness and resignation again, but especiallya round the times the square was exact, there were always some events happening, that I would not have expected, but that were extremely emotionally rewarding and progressive, in a very real down-to-earth-way. No time for rose coloured glasses, but I also realized that not only wishful thinking sometimes is unrealistic, but even the pessimistic view at times might NOT be the reality.
In short it was a time when I was surprised at how many people supported and appreciated me, especially for things I would not have thought of as important.
Got a lot of very positive suprising feedback, which seems to be strange for a Saturn-Moon-aspect. But hey maybe I just have been a little too hard on myself, and THAT needed to be modified/ restructured?

It is strange though as the accompanying aspects
Tr Uranus opposite n Pluto, and Tr Pluto square n Pluto (and conjunct p ASC) do not really look all that rewarding either.
