You have to allow these bursts of energy, particularly when you are experiencing bursts of inspiration and enthusiasm. But I do recommend regular relaxation/energy balancing during this 2-year transit so that you reduce the likelihood of such injuries and thus reap the best rewards of the transit.

Well that also depends on what aspects you have nataly that are similar to it?

People who have Saturn strong aspects will often find the Uranus transit just 'annoying'.

But those with Mars/Jupiter/Pluto aspects nataly may have to watch out for too much excitement and impulsiveness.

Pluto especially may bring with these transit a sort of "life-changing" injury/crises if one is not careful.

I got back into meditation a little bit before this transit started. But with the transitions of packing and moving so much lately I have not known how to get back into it again.
The OBE mediation I use to do is kind of scary.

Uranus is also transiting my 12th house.

I a not looking forward to the beginning of Uranus in Gemini. Because it will square my Venus.
I did not like what I saw it doing for Capricorn Venus when it was in Aries. It made Capricorn's behave like tools.

For the Venus Scorpio it seems more like they are beyond tested with their partner's behavior.
