There are million threads discussing Saturn, but I don't really understand how Saturn plays out in real life scenarios. Of course I've heard cookbook interpretations like Saturn is the planet of hard work, karma, obstacles, patience, etc but what are some examples on how it would manifest in the real world?

Like for example, Saturn in my 9th house squares my Sun, mars, pluto in the 6th house and my ASC.

Just based of my life alone and experiences, Saturn in hard aspect in my case just might mean I'm a loner at my University and have yet to join any clubs or do ang volunteer work and I'm a senior in college. The restriction or limitations are through higher education?

I would love to hear others' experiences, aspects, etc with Saturn.

It's the planetvof karma but what are some possibilities on how karma would manifest in the real world?

We discuss Saturn and the many interpretations but never in depth in my opinion.

When Saturn squared my Saturn, I went thru an injury that required an operation and kinda long time to heal.

When Saturn was conjunct my asc I fell in love for the first time and got heart broken after a very turbulent teenage relationship of many months. This took a very long time to heal from.

When Saturn was square my Cap stellium I had this crush that I was really into and chased her for months but she never had the feelings as deep back for me and this caused some pain again.

These are some notable events of my life of which I can remember the time frame, and those that matched with Saturn transits.

Personal anecdotes are common. I've shared some myself (quite detailed and the rest of the chart along with it), both transit and natal, and I know others have as well. If we had a better search engine at LL I'd share them.

I think men in your life might bring limitations and obstacles in your life since both of your masculine planets receives a hard aspect from saturn. Through them i think the lessons of saturn lies for you. Oprah winfrey have sun square saturn and she met some serious limitations and obstacles through men in her younger days but she gained alot of strenght and wisdom from it.

My experiences with Saturn can be summed up as growing pains. I actually enjoy his transits b/c they all crystallized everything for me so I could get a clearer view on things.

I had a Saturn conjunct Pluto when it was in scorpio in the second house. I mean I felt like I lost everything and I grew more and more self destructive. Saturn brought consequences to my actions to show me I have a deep seeded issue that is going to further destroy me. I put myself in a emotional and financial hole that I am finally climbing out of but I'm glad it happened because my values transformed, a lot.

Now he is trine my NN, sextile my mars and 'twas trine my moon. This has been my strongest transit as he is also returning for me to the third house. I can really see my path and I even started actually moving that direction

So to me Saturn made me realize things thru consequences. You reap what you sow and if reality eating u up when Saturn hits it's because of your past actions.

So I experience him initially as fearful, limiting, and very overwhelming but I later found depth, change and a sturdy foundation. He takes away what limits us to help us grow but his is thru results

Pluto is transiting my Saturn (11th house). Oh God God God. I'm sick of it. I feel non-social, just feel like geting lost in myself which is quite a temptation with a pisces ASC.
Good thing: it's been easier to diet and discipline myself.

Saturn in 5th - Felt unloved unnoticed, decided to not pursue art for college and go to a major private university with a focus on science. A time of reevaluating my talents.

Saturn in 6th- Dealt with some health issues that were haunting me for a few years. Graduated from college, had to develop a new routine which included boosting my resume, considered re-enrolling in school briefly and applying for hundreds of jobs.

Saturn in 7th- Re-evaluating my relationships with everyone. Decided to eliminate a good number of people from my life. Trying to decide on the type of relationships I want, whether it's a stable relationship or exploration. Still going through this transit.

Recently, Saturn had been transiting my 2nd House. I started a new job and my first pay check was already going to be 2 weeks delayed due to processing. Well, this transit engineered things so that the HR guy went off to get married and didn't file my papers -- delaying my first paycheck by another two weeks . Essentially, I hadn't been paid since mid-May (from my previous job) and was practically working without compensation for all of June. I was super tight on cash and really struggling; so much so that I had to work from home a couple of days just to avoid transportation costs. Finally got my delayed payment on the day of the recent Jupiter-Venus conjunction. Phew!

Saturn transits delay and demand perseverance before the rewards come.

Aquarius sun, Libra rising,
Capricorn moon. Hot mess.
