NEPTUNE is best in the water or Earth signs. Feminine Neptunes add grace, sensitivity, and refinement to one's physical features whereas masculine Neptunes give hard and almost clod-like features. I've noticed, for example, how many young people with Neptune in Sagittartius have long skinny legs with large feet.

This is me, without a doubt... Neptune conjunct Ascendant in Sag.

Well, I disagree.
Marilyn Monroe had Neptune in the first house of her Leo ASC and til today she's praised for her graceful beauty.

it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the author's authority on the subject.

Just my opinion. I'm not knocking it, but I wouldn't rely too much on the information I read in it.

In general I don't agree with the type an level of astrology presented. To say the Libra or any sign rising means x is a level of astrology I disagree with because everything aspecting ascendant and its; aledged ruler must be considered which the site does not well address,

I see he may be referencing balance as much as beauty >True, but even the name of the site - Librarising - is a bit odd. Like it's biased towards Libra Ascendants = beauty or something. ..........

I accept the site for what it is and the above statement just show honesty to me, and that is lacking in the world. He is humbly admitting he does not know everything in astrology. I promise you no one could.
I sent the site a tip or thought and IT responded, tritely but still a a response.
I sent Robert Hand a question maybe 15 years ago and he responded, I send Richard
Nolle QUESTIONS/thoughts and he always responds.
I sent my thoughts to the Magi site and they responded.
Its the ones who who don't respond I might dis,,(but maybe they were just too busy) but can't dis anyone for their place in the learning curve or then I would cease to learn.
I cannot remember all that I have found useful, fortunately I have likely forgot an equal amount of useless info as well.
Lets not be harsh on those we may not agree with on some things

The stuff about the ASC seemed like it might be true...but then she was pretty vague and making it clear that there would be many exceptions and it's hard to miss with that formula, and in this case I can think of real life examples that conformed to that and those that don't can be considered "exceptions" (now if she were to detail why the exceptions then that could be more interesting to look at...assuming the "astrology of beauty" is your thing, and I'm not sure why it would be since it would be about as useful as reading a paper on "the genetics of beauty" and the only real use I can think of offhand is to "prove astrology real" to someone, in which case you need to detail the reasons for the exceptions!).

Heh...air moons being a "bland or superficial kind of way." Just perfect to pay this much attention to surface appearances.

But here I really laughed: "Masculine Moons, on the other hand, are primitive by comparison, especially the fire Moons which can be animalistic in nature." Though in truth I think having small horns, elongated canines, and pointed ears would be AWESOME. But seriously, what does that even mean? "Natural beauty" (sans makeup, brush, etc)? Big teeth and ears that wiggle?

Though I do get the impression she veers off onto behavior at times...like "moral fiber"? What's that, in relation to appearance?

And I don't know how old the article is but "how many young people with Neptune in Sagittartius have long skinny legs with large feet" makes me wonder if she was talking about teens, even some in their early 20s, as that's not unusual at that age. (I could point out another placement she described that would share a Sag Neptune in which this explanation makes sense to me.)

That all aside, I think there may be something to our ASC influencing our hair and also our walk...though ultimately I think things like genes and environment (diet, conditions growing up, climate, how others around you walk and talk, etc) have more to do with all of that than any astrological placements (but that doesn't mean astrology can't tweak it a little).
