Topic: Moon sq. Pluto - Emotions

I have Moon square Pluto natally. I would like to know how others deal with it.My emotions can be so overwhelming sometimes, I am not sure how I function. I end up having anxiety, can't eat or sleep. I am currently going through something very personal and I feel like my world is being ripped apart. How can I better control this? IP: Logged |

I will try the Yoga. I need to do something. I really just want to be happy and not have my emotions be in control of me.My daughter is also quite emotional, she has a Pisces moon and Sun sq. Pluto. Between the two of us, it can be quite an emotional disaster! IP: Logged |

Thats so funny you mention that because just yesterday after the gym i was saying that im going to start meditating and doing yoga because i have emotional anxiety my feelings get so strong and it burns my stomach and makes me feel horrible and like i want to throw up i already hit the gym consistently and its not helping i need to learn how to control all my emotions and energy its hard :/ im already a scorpio and i have pluto hitting 3 personal planets and an annoying cancer mars to multiply all my emotional feelings but i honestly feel that doing yoga and meditating is what will help me with controlling it IP: Logged |

You need to find a safe outlet for those emotions. For instance, jobs where you work with battered women, or people who have been victimized. Or people who are dying or who are dealing with life and death issues. When working in this type of setting, you will find that you rise to the occasion and that you are able to handle the complexities of human emotions. Seeing a good therapist could be very helpful as it can help face some of the hidden fears lurking in your psyche. Try to stay away from manipulative situations, whether being emotionally manipulated or using emotional manipulation to get your way. It would be better if your women friends don't have aspects that add to your emotional burden, like Mars or Pluto or Saturn in hard aspects to your moon or venus. IP: Logged |
