I'm very intrigued by the upcoming opposition between Neptune and Jupiter in September.

Neptune at 7 Pisces, Jupiter at 7 Virgo - the modern and traditional rulers of Pisces opposite each other.

How do you think this could play out?

Where will it fall in your charts?

I think that tr. Saturn will be in play also - you should check ephemeris.

Tr. Neptune on my 8th house cusp and tr. Jupiter on my 2nd. Exact. I don't know if I should expect anything at all.

I just read about this transit.
With Pisces my 6th.

Ugh....

It feels like it's already been happening! So frustrating. If it gets worse I may have to run away.

Poop.

tr.Saturn! Brlliant...

DopGang,
Interesting point, it makes sense to already be feeling the effects, especially in our Pisces houses since Neptune is slower moving and is already close.

I'm going for optimism, and think that Jupiter might bring balance and growth through the opposition, instead of intensifying any negative Neptune effects.

My Vertex is at 7 Virgo and Antivertex at 7 Pisces, so I'll hold tight to optimism!

Any possibility that we'll deceive ourselves, seeing things as positive when they are not good things?

I'm not the most familiar with this aspect.

I'm not an expert, but I'd say anything related to Neptune and Pisces absolutely holds the possibility of self-deception.

Jupiter normally brings "growth" to whatever it touches, but the opposition aspect is interesting - it brings in a kind of a conflict, a struggle for "balance" between the 2 opposing points. So Jupiter boosting Neptune's effects is just one possibility of this playing out, but there should be many more I think.

tJupiter conjunct nSaturn 2nd house, tNeptune 8th.
Have no idea what it could manifest, but I sure do hope it makes tNeptune opposing my Saturn all this quite depressing time a little easier to bear with, and not make it worse

Where does transit Saturn come in?

oh that is interesting. I have the natal square from Jupiter 11 PIsces to Neptune 10 Sagittarius.
I might go overboard with idealism, including some grand delusions.

the transiting opposition falls onto my intercepted 9th/3rd house axis (Tr Jupiter in 9th, Tr Neptune in 3rd).

It will square my Mars-ASC (5-7 SAg), but also trine/sextile my Venus ( Cap).

I am intrigued. lol

I just realised that it will also coincide with the New Moon on September 13, which will be an Eclipse.

The Eclipse is also in Virgo (though 13 degrees away from Jupiter), so the Pisces-Virgo axis will be highlighted even more.

This seems very significant!

Wow, sounds like things will get very interesting for you!
What do you think about the New Moon taking place during this transit, Ceri? I remember you were the person who explained lunations to me 2 months ago and I've been tracking them religiously ever since, so am very curious to hear your thoughts!

Neptune will be in my natal 6th and Jupiter in my natal 12th. Jupiter will be trine my N.Sun, Neptune, Uranus. Neptune will be sextile my N.Sun and Uranus, and trines my N.Moon.

Grande illusions delusions and day-dreamy Magic land could be spiritual in some way. After all , both Jupiter and Neptune represent that in some way.

What's more interesting, is Venus and Mars are also heading that way sometime October . As for me all in my 11th - 5th house axis. Sounds a little exciting must say.

Interesting! I have the opposition natally (in Cancer and Capricorn respectively) so hopefully I'll fare well. I also have a Virgo ASC and a Pisces Mars on my DC so who knows what the hell is going to go on in my psychological landscape during this time.

On Sep. 17th it's the opposition of Jupiter and Neptune on 7 deg virgo - pisces.

On Nov. 27th tr. saturn in sag will square neptune.

So 7th degree of the mutabel signs will be activated by all three planets in a short period of time.

This puts the Sun at Neptune and meridian
of U.S.A Sibley chart effecting the collective. In Mundane and Financial neppers(fluidity)& liquidity)
is about currency, as cash is nothing more
than A medium of Value. Also square asc U.S.A SIBLEY,
On that day the Sun/Jupiter and Sun/neptune midpoints will be at the north and south Helio Nodes of VENUS.

Of course there are Jupiter Neptune oppositions every 13 years roughly. The last in these signs was April 1939 with Jupiter in Pisces and Neppers in Virgo, the conjunction in 1932 less that 30' arc from
our coming op/
My Pluto is 8vi06 so yeah some serious
energy there, but a cycle of this magnitude
must be considered as an influence on the collective.
Between the Geo and Helio oppositions
Helio JpNeppers opposition 5 Nov 2015
8:40:00 ut Our world will change A LOT.

Wow, thanks for this Seimei. It's terrifying to think what happened in 1939 in terms of deception and ideologies. These 2 planets in a major aspect are indeed very powerful.

Fingers crossed the world changes for the better

Thank you bumblebee!

Transitting North Node will enter Virgo at around this time too, if I remember right. A lot of energy is being channeled in that direction!

If you have a combination of earth air or water fire in your chart.... Things should be fine.

If you have only air and fire or water/earth, things get a little bit trickier.

I actually forgot about lunations, just to realize that the last fullmoon overlays my progressed ASC-DESC-axis on 11 Cap-Cancer. lol
Been reading Celeste Teal and getting intrigued by hte combining of Solar Return and Lunar Return as event triggers.

Anyway. as for the lunation you mentioned, it is too far off the Jupiter-Neptune-opposition to be ACUTE, imo.
It is even farther from the nodal axis, though the ecclipse will be an important thing, especially with the Transiting nodes on the Aries point.

For me personally this month containing the Jupiter-Neptune-opposition and the ecclipse seems to be interesting. I just made my lunar Return for this month, the opposition of Jupiter-Neptune will be widish in my lunar return chart (5 degrees), however my lunar return for that month has Sun conjunct Jupiter at one degree (trine natal Venus), and Venus-Mars-conjunction at 3 degrees, with Venus opposing Moon at 2 degrees.

lr Avx conjunct natal Venus under one degree

lr Juno conjunct LR BML at 22-23 Virgo.

LR Mercury conjunct LR NN on 01 LIbra, orb is 7 minutes, and Mercury rules my DESC natally.

LR Juno-BML conjunct SR ASC

Well the SR Chiron on LR IC looks ominous, especially with LR Chiron on SR Vertex.

SR Chiron sextiles SR and LR Pluto, which is conjunct SR Venus.

SR Chiron on 13 Pisces
LR Chiron on 19 Pisces
SR Vertex on 18 Pisces

framing my natal Juno at 16°58 Pisces and trine my natal Satrn at 16°57 Cancer.

Which means that the LR IC on 14 Pisces conjuncts my natal Juno.

I am hoping for healing instead of pain, but I fear with Chiron I won`t get one without the other.

Oh fu** no.

Jupiter/Neptune in hard aspect is just full of crap.

I have never seen this aspect play out in a good way, be it natally or via transit.

So I'll go with delusions and fooling oneself to believe stuff that's either not true or totally exaggerated.

It'll fall right on my Chiron... *rolls eyes and sighs massively*

*2 minutes later*

Come to think of it though, it's better than having tNeptune messing with your natal Jupiter or vice versa.
So it might not be that bad.

Hmmm, I actually have Jupiter opposite Neptune natally. So, who knows how it'll affect me! I've always found the effects of Jupiter opposing my Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune pretty hard to grasp because they're not exactly "personal". Now, I have much more of a handle on them.

Luckily, transiting Jupiter will be conjunct both my Mars and Mercury at this time.

Hmm, can`t really say I *suffered* with my natal Jupiter-Neptune-square. Sure you have to steer away of going overboard with idealism and enthusiasm and always double check the reality of a situation.
But I have to do that anyway with Neptune-angular.

I am sort of thankful though that my Jupiter trines Saturn as well (and Neptune biquintile Saturn), it helps finding creative solution for things and actually the Jupiter-Neptune is a bit of a relief from the Saturn tendency towards negativity at times. On the other hand SAturn grounds the "nothing is impossible" Jupiter-Neptune in my chart, by adding a quiet: "in the frame of the possible".

Jupiter is in 3rd house, Neptune rules the intercepted 3rd house, this combo has proved rather wonderful in terms of vivid imagination and fantasy (of course you must never mistake the fantasy for real life, but as I said, Saturn makes sure of that.)

hmm

Tr Jupiter opposite NEptune april 2001:
wonderful elated time for me! Reconnected with my biggest love of all, musical-theatre.
Finally able to forgive myself for "having loved without reason and lost for a very good reason", finally after many years understood that being able to love is not a weakness or a crime, but a gift, even if it is not to be. It`s not like I have committed a sin by surrendering to my emotions. But also always under the caveat that love, while perfectly okay to be felt, must always be given without expectation and is decidedly different from forming an actual relationship.

Oh and this was the time I was getting my first internet access and stumbling right across a forum for a musical-actor,t hat I liked back then. Some friendships formed that are still ongoing.

Unleashed a new way of creativity as well, before I was writng a bit of poetry, but that marked the beginning of writing stories AND at the same time registering on a poetry side and actually participating in a poetry contest, and well was asked to be published in some sort of collection, but since it seemed a little shady to me, I declined. Which in retrospect with Jupiter opposing my Neptune probably was a wise decision.

Tr Jupiter conjunct Neptune: first half of 2007

Tr Jupiter opposite Neptune: 2012/ 2013

To make it short, everytime this indicated - to my surprise actually - fabulous times. Very satisfying and fulfilling and illumintating. Learned a lot about myself and life in these times, but in an effortless way almost. of course a little spiritually inclined times, and me listening to my hunches, and it turned out to be a good thing.

So I guess I can`t really fear Jupiter-Neptune
