I don’t know much about the significance
of Blue moons, I was wondering if somebody could explain to me what effect they can have in our charts and lives?
Are their energies stonger than that of a full moon?

All I can say is that the last blue moon that took place in August 2012.. well, it was somehow a feeling of strong energy moving in,pushing me to enter a next life chapter.
A special someone came into my life from out of the blue those days around the full moon, stigmatising me in more ways than I would have thought

It was then opposing natal Saturn
in the 2nd house.
This time,July 31st 2015, it will be conjuct natal Vertex. In the 8th house once again

On the Vertex, should be better than Saturn aspect.

but I consider 28 times 13 =365
our modern Gregorian calendar has uneven month and we don't start a year based on the
moon unlike some other calendars.
So a standard definition Blue Moon is either 2 full moons in the same calendar MONTH or 4 full moons in 1 season.
To me its not so great a rarity and is simply a product of an uneven calendar.
a FULL MOON on your Vertex is more rare for you
