If so...

My brother is a Taurus Sun/Venus, Scorpio Moon, Leo Mars and he is EXTREMELY jealous when it comes to my bff (his fiancée). If he even thinks she's being looked at by, or looking at, another man he will lose his mind over it.

But I'd say these two energies have a higher chance of being jealous than other energies.
(Including 5H and 8H placements.)

I was figuring it was fixed signs who were most capable of this type of behavior.

I think if they also have a substantial Mutable influence it tones this down a lot. One of my bffs is a Scorp Moon conjunct Pluto IN the 8th house and he is one of the least jealous people I know. But he also has a Pisces ASC/Sun

I think people always forget about Taurus! Taurus can, unfortunately, view people as theirs , like a property or posession instead of a human being. Which can lead to jealous tantrums over said people giving their time or attention elsewhere.

Definitely true for most the Leos I'm close to. I have a friend who is a Leo stellium including Sun/Moon/Mars and he can't stand attention being directed toward anyone but him. Even just from friends. Before I started dating my fiance, heck before I was out of the terrible relationship I was in with my Cancer ex, this guy and his wife were my escape from home. They would come pick me up every morning, I hung out with them almost exclusively. His wife even referred to me as his other girlfriend. Well, when I started dating my Leo ex, all I ever heard was how he was no good for me... yadda yadda yadda. Always trying to talk down about him and our relationship. The Leo and I broke up and my friend wasn't sympathetic, he was happy. Because it meant he didn't have to "fight" for my attention anymore. And now, with my Aquarius SO, my friend can't say anything nice about him. All he says about him to our mutual friends is how much he "doesn't like that guy" and literally the only reason he has is because my fiance takes up too much of my time. It's a bit ridiculous.

I know someone who has Venus/NN in Taurus Square Mars/Saturn/Pluto in Leo and he seems to be very jealous.

Idk about aspects, but fixed signs-- esp Scorpio,

Leo and Taurus-- seem to be the most likely candidates.

They can be possessive (and Scorpio, obsessive, as well)

and territorial in nature.

The person I knew has a Venus-Pluto opposition. I get the impression people here are "strict" about orbs and consider anything wider than oh say, six degrees as inoperative, but I don't given the evidence.

This person has serious issues with jealousy and paranoia, even after nine years of marriage with my ex. Based on her manifestations I'm sure it must be very painful for her. She has not taken responsibility or acknowledged the problem, but perhaps she will someday. I heard recently that she is starting to do better.

I know someone as well with an opposition, who also has exhibited "maximum capacity to express this behavior," and the orb is too wide according to some people's standards.

Given the ferocity that I've seen, I suspect there is an underlying intense fear of abandonment that the person is unwilling or unable to take responsibility for. Instead, they direct their fury at and blame the object of their jealousy for their pain and for a threat that they perceive as coming from the other person. These people need a lot of empathy.
