Well by Pluto in the 7th are you referring to planet Pluto in the 7th or Pluto ruling the 7th house?

Either way, I believe I can give some insight.

I am a Scorpio female with Mercury retrograde in Scorpio, Venus in Scorpio, Jupiter in Scorpio, Pluto in Scorpio, and Descendant in Scorpio which would make Pluto the ruler of my 7th house opposite my Taurus ASC, Venus in the 1st.

I also have mars in 1st degree Sagittarius conjunct Pluto in Scorpio almost exactly on my 7th house cusp with Pluto dangling directly below it in the 6th along with the rest of my Scorpio stellium.

Anyway, my experience with men has been one rollercoaster, but I do have mars on the cusp of 7th with a Saturn Square so this could be to due to other factors in my natal chart.

My love life is a mess and with Saturn currently transiting my 7th, I'm realizing a lot about my previous relationships and the type of guys I dated. There's always this underlying tension between me and the men I date. It's always intense, very sexual, and emotional. From the guy's end though, it was a complete mystery. I rarely ever know how my guy really feels because the guys I seem to attract, either have a hard time opening up or they're just that good at fooling me (Aries rules my 12th house btw, mars' ruling Sign). Pluto in the 7th in general would mean I would find men with Plutonian traits attractive. If I was a more carefree sign, this might not be so great but since I'm already super Plutonian myself, I crave that intensity. Nothing else will do. My men are very stubborn, enigmatic, often times fickle, but very sexy and intense.

Thank you for sharing your experiences.
And I was reffering to Pluto in 7th house, not Scorpio DSC.

This will be dependent on what house Pluto rules.

For someone who has Virgo rising, Pluto rules the 3rd house:These people tend to break down communication piece by piece in order to infer meaning etc.

They are great at reading body language and the "unspoken" in conversation- as they pay careful attention to detail(Mercury rules the 1st)

Now when Pluto is found in the 7th, this leads generally to power-struggles.

But in this instance, the ruler of the 3rd in 7th suggests that these power struggles come through verbal exchanges.

Not only that,we find that what is "unsaid",the body language and what is inferred from words used, is scrutinized and argued over.

So with these people, you must be careful about what you say, how you say it and the words you use to express a message.

Because they will take it apart inch by inch and explore all sorts of meanings inferred(either intended or otherwise).

With Pisces on the cusp of the 7th(Virg Asc), their partners are likely to be vague, dismissive and "generous" with smooth words and expressions:The type to always miss the details and "fluff" over the complex stuff etc.

This is the thing that is likely to spark off arguments i.e;"You said you'd be here in a couple of minutes. That was hours ago!!!" or "What did you mean when you said that you and and your colleague are just "friends"? "Friends" don't look at each other the way he looks at you!"etc.

Neptune partners pay little attention to what they say and may even lie(god forbid)

And the detective(Pluto ruled 3rd) in 7th, will make it a point to "catch" them at their lies. And criticize them heavily for doing so(Asc Virgo) etc.

The woman must explore what house their Pluto rules.

Nice insight Aries23 - off topic a bit but what about someone with Virgo Asc., Pluto rules the 3rd house...but is in the 2nd house as opposed to the 7th?

The type of people you attract with Pisces DSC - I can totally relate!

What is the 2nd house cusp sign? This works together with Pluto eg;

2nd house cusp in Gemini suggests someone who sees continual learning(Gemini),to be something that is to be valued(2nd).

This person may value intellectual insight and may view the clever use/expression of words, speaking, conversing with others- as the "flavor" of life.

The voice or how someone expresses themselves, may even "turn them on".

Perhaps they grew up in an environment where logic/reason were the order of the day. And they now use that as the source of their own personal security(2nd).

Pluto in 2nd suggests profound experiences here; it could give the ability to affect others with the way one speaks(2nd),a very powerful/distinctive voice(2nd).

It could also suggest that one may go through upheavals or radical personal transformations when it comes to the expression of their voice; they could lose their voice, gain the voice (psychologically) later life or learn to speak all over again(because of some crises that affected that part of them).

The voice is often connected to self esteem. And these people may go through very personal experiences of having to learn to speak up for themselves or learn to project their voice and be heard.

Pluto in 2nd here-whatever the circumstance- Talks about finding your own voice(either psychologically/literally).

Do you use the equal house system Queen Salome? I prefer that in order for each house to have a sign that rules it.

2nd house cusp in this case is Libra (3rd is Scorpio)

2nd house cusp is Libra- People who often value good/friendly relations with others.

Sharing is pivotal for 2nd house cusp in Libra; sharing resources, sharing ideas, sharing initiative etc.

You tend to value collaborative efforts, conflict-free relationships and pleasant atmospheres around you.

This position is very ideal for a partner to have when in a relationship. But it can also suggest that one is taken advantage of -because of their propensity/ willingness to share everything.

One of the key things one has to learn within this regards is how to be fair, what to share, how much to share and what "fairness" actually means etc.

If not, they may grow resentful of people taking what is theirs and expecting Libra 2nd house cusp people to be Ok with it.

Pluto here does suggest that some crises or issues may crop up around partnerships/sharing ethics that one has to undergo and probably have that redefined for themselves.

"I let you use my things", "You said we'd share everything", "why don't you want to share with me?" etc Are often things that they find themselves saying a lot.

An example would be divorce; where the two parties need to decide what is theirs vs what is owed to their partner.

Pluto in 2nd could perhaps face some sort of contention or power struggle towards what their partner feels that they are entitled to vs what they are actually entitled to etc.

So they may be suing their partner for what they believe is owed to them OR they may end up being taken to task about what they owe to their partner.

In another scenario;if the person was to experience a break-up with their partner. The two may end fighting over the Dog they bought at the time that they were together etc.

With the ruler of the 3rd(Pluto) in the 2nd, it suggests that you bring your scrutinizing mind to the affairs of this house.

You tend to obsess about fairness and may bring this mental aptitude for consistency to how you divide between yourself and your partner; down to the very last detail.

So an instance would be if you had to split 27 Dollars between you two. You would split it right down to 13.5.

You would not be happy with going away with the extra.50. Nor will you be happy if your partner were to either. For you, it must be fair to the very last cent etc.
