Imagine that you met me for the first time... how would you describe me, if you only knew my ascendant and it's aspect? (I have no 1st house placements)My ascendant is 18 degrees Cancer Conjunction 15 degree chiron(in 12th house)

I'd say you're not very tall, that your face has round edges and your eyes are very shiny and deep.

Cancer Ascendants are normally quite pretty.The sextile with the Sun shows ease in relating who you are with who you project. Also your N.Moon is approaching Full Moon status which shows conflict with your inner core and your emotional comfort zone. trine Pluto can show follow thru and backbone. ------------------
