It was by far the most painful experience in my life. It was even worse than my horrible twenties when I lost numerous friends to suicide. This transit happened when I was a young child. My father, who I was very close to, abandoned me. It literally took me years to stop crying. My entire life changed in an instant. I grew up in poverty and had to learn to fend for myself. Food was hard to come by and I had to find ways to support my family, and I wasn't even in third grade yet! I was hungry all of the time and sleep deprived, but I still managed to maintain perfect grades at school much to everyone's surprise. This transit pushed me past the brink of my limits and really taught me how to survive. You will experience a level of determination and perseverance that you never thought possible. I went to hell and back more than a dozen times. Every day I felt like I was going to die from all of the pressure and pain, but I pushed through. I didn't smile for about five years because of this very destructive period, but I felt almost indestructible once I came out on the other end. You'll definitely learn to stand on your own two feet, though I wish I could've held onto my childhood innocence until age 10. Hopefully, your experience of this transit won't be quite as extreme. Just remember that you will survive this transit even when there are days when you don't think you will. IP: Logged |

Oh wow Astra! What an experience! I'm glad you became stronger because of it. Mine apparently moves away fro 2 degrees of strength in October--I think mine is around how to deal with authority--especially since I have a NN in Libra. Can't wait for it to end....though I do have trPluto squaring Pluto as well--and that is deep into 2017...scoff! IP: Logged |

Wow, that sounds really tough for a child. But look at you now. You have grown up to be an intelligent spiritually balanced person. What an achievement, you should be proud of yourself.

Don't give up Charlie! It's just a transit--as you know, the planets keep moving (to better things like trines and sextiles.. ) IP: Logged |

Ohhh, I didn't even notice, but I also have tSaturn Square Natal Saturn. My Natal Saturn is in the 10th house of Aquarius, and is the highest placement in my chart. Transit Saturn is currently sitting in my 7th house of Scorpio (sidereal). I kinda vibe with you Charlie, emotionally and physically, it has been rough. The beginning of this year esp. was rough, I was shown the harsh reality of a relationship I should have never been in, and ended up not wanting to let go of. When it finally ended, it coincided a physical, "unrelated" injury that left me temporarily "crippled", and forced me to majorly reflect... watching my spiritual lesson becoming embedded into the forum of a physical injury is rather exciting, now that I reflect on it.BUT! I'm super glad I experienced what I went through! I feel like I learned a TON, and still am! I ALSO have tSaturn conjunct my DSC & Pluto! quote: Originally posted by charlie: I am having this transit right now and I am going through a lot of painful experiences! Sorry to hear about your injury SnowCatcher! At least it gave you the time to reflect on your relationship. How exactly did all the events pan out when Saturn hit your natal Saturn? Did it hit three times or turn retrograde at all? IP: Logged |
