Hi,

My transiting Jupiter is conjunct my ASC--and I had heard it will make you feel super positive--but boy, did I not believe it. I am flying high on life right now! Whew!

Does anyone know if this feeling stays this way throughout Jupiter's transit in the 1st House?

I can't wait to get this year started!

How was it when it transitted through your 12th house?

Been there. Loved it!!
Yes, Jupiter should be injecting a good dose of self-confidence all throughout the 1st house transit. Lucky you.

Funny- I just got through Jupiter conjuncting my ASC (Leo), but all it did was make me gain like, 15 pounds! It hovered over it for a full year though, and I guess I experienced some "fortune" as it went into my 1st, but it's been a slow build- just as my losing those 15 has been painfully slow!!

I felt like when Jupiter was in my 12h House, I was able to "expand" and learn about my subconscious and upbringing. I dug psychologically big time. I also felt like I was protected on the job as well (at least for the first 2/3 of it)...

But Jupiter on my ASC feels like I am getting injections of prozac every hour...

This is actually a pretty good rectification factor -- Jupiter's transits angular to the Asc. It doesn't always affirm the Asc degree area as clearly as we'd like, but when it seems to time optimism like you are experiencing, it is a pretty good indicator that your Asc degree is probably pretty accurate.

Question ScorpieScorp:

Do you have any other planets in early or late degrees of fixed signs, or the Moon at around 13-14 N/S declination?
