I know Ami Anne has done a thread on this already, but I came across this site and thought that it really did sum up my Chiron issues pretty well. I have Chiron in my 8th house and letting go has been a very difficult process/thing for me for as long as I can remember: https://vestalyn.wordpress.com/2014/03/07/chiron-in-the-houses/

maybe because you have been seriously wounded...si it's normal to stick to that pain, because letting go is easy to say but it more difficult do toi have aslo chiron in the 8th.. IP: Logged |

I think the 8th House is one of the hardest placements for Chiron. I find that people have a very hard time being "human". They want to be "above their human nature" and this seems to cause a lot of pain and more especially guilt and a sense of isolation.------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Chiron made me kinda believe in astrology a little more . I have Chiron in the 11th house and it can be hard to fit in with people, not that I want to, but I noticed it's the hardest at work. That's when I need it.IP: Logged |

Yes, if the Chiron does not fit the house, I think the time of birth is wrong. ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

This placement can be so tough because it conjuncts all my Leo stelluims in my chart. Sometimes I feel like a martian, haha! I'm trying to learn how to deal with it. I think this has to be the most challenging placement for chiron.

yes, kind right, there is some need of self-deification, but i think all chiron placement are hard to live since chiron is the wound, then, the house chiron is in it will be doomed in some way. Who want to see his roots, stability and family life doomed(IVth house chiron), his carreer failed(chiron in Xth) etc... IP: Logged |

I got a little onion in my eyes when I read Chiron in the 3rd...this resonates so much to my ex, in all 6 years of our relationship he never expressed how he felt emotionally about anything, not even death of his father, he didn't know how to talk about his emotions/thoughts...only until the day we were breaking up!IP: Logged |

I don't believe Chiron symbolizes the deepest wound. I have natal Chiron in the 11th house, and I have always had great memorable friendships with a variety of people. And that's even though I have 2 natal planets making stressful aspects to Chiron.I see again and again that many people here misunderstand Chiron. Chiron has been discovered relatively recently (1977) That's not enough time for astrologers to be very sure of themselves when interpreting Chiron. IP: Logged |

Chiron in the 5th house: This shows your deepest wound residing in your creative expression. Creative expression does not just mean art or music related, but also in experiencing joy from things that make you happy.Bingo Couldn't understand the "bad childhood" interpretation. Couldn't have asked for better. IP: Logged |

I think Chiron in the 5th is really hard too. For me, creativity was a way to deal with my childhood. It is a way to escape pain. I would not want this to be hurt in any way. All Chiron placements are hard but the 8th and 5th seem very hard to me. The 6th is hard because it can be health.I have the 4th.

i woul say the same chiron in the 8th is the most difficult place, yet, paradoxically, it's one of the best place for chiron. because chiron suffer from a deep wound and 8th house is depth of things, chiron was wounded by this arrow full of hydra poison, so it cannot recover his health but in the other hand he gain the power to heal. So, 8th chiron fellow has a deep pain taht nothing can relieve in any way but they can bring back to life the illest one. In a nutshell, they are Born Healers and the most powerful one on earth. they can just heal when they listen someone. Actually why, because they know what means pain and suffering better than no one, Luther said that you can't open to God and the good until you have make the experience of death and hell. This is through hell and pain(katabasis) so inner crisis that you can find peace and bring peace. i'd rather say chiron in the 8th is the most chironic fellow.sometimes i wonder ami anne if my writings is more christian than yours? Hi Visions! Well, I don't see Chiron in the 8th as a blessing. I have to say that. I think it is exceedingly painful and not something someone, or *I*, at least, would sign up for. Could it be a blessing to OTHERS? Perhaps, because pain does bring great things to the world but I would not want to be the native with Chiron in the 8th, myself. ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? I was just looking this up. Here's a story, I was having a conversation with a very good friend of mine and she was saying that ever since she was younger, her mother made her feel as though there was something wrong with the way she expressed her emotions and talked about them to other people. That she has always felt a sense of shame associated with expressing herself and her emotions. I've always known that her Chiron was in Virgo, but since I never knew what her ascendant sign was, I never knew where to place it. I always knew that she never talked about her emotions or how she was feeling. Even if I asked her, hey how you feeling today? She was always quiet or deflected the convo to something else. Can it be safe to say that her chiron is probably in her 3rd house? And that maybe she is a cancer rising? Also...how do I support her as a friend? I'm actually very open about my emotions. I would have to talk to her more to know the Chiron. It could be a 4th House Chiron with the mother or her issue could be Saturn. I work hard to feel out Chiron when I am trying to find the ASC. You have to get a real sense of the person imo ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/
