Well you have software that can do something
that no one as far as I know has validated as useful.

If you meant "affect", my answer is no.

My interest in the Vertex involves 1,2,3 below. Specifically, activating the Vertex by relocation. Relocation astrology activation of Vertex as ancillary Descendant. Similar to mapping planets to angular cusps on a world map.

Well astrology needs more research, that is for sure.
Riding my bicycle across a parking lot a few years back I spotted and picked up a small ring. It was a parking lot of a couple of clubs, right next to where a car door would have been the night before. It had tape
around it so a small finger was wearing a big ring. It had 12 tiny stones. Naturally
I looked at my watch at the moment.
The vertex at the moment was exactly my relocated vertex and the Jp/Ur midpoint. Asteroid Angel was conjunct Venus, asteroid 313 was conjunct vertex as well. Asteria was
also emphasized in the chart.
So I do believe in relocating the Vertex.
