I just looked at my Heliocentric chart. At first I got angry, but now that the initial anger has passed I'm curious about a few things.

Do aspects in the heliocentric chart affect you?

Does the heliocentric chart ever make more sense than than the natal chart?

Does the natal chart and heliocentric chart ever work together? I'm asking if they can both be accurate in some ways.

What if you identify more with some placements in your heliocentric chart?

----

I am still learning about the heliocentric chart and its purpose. I heard that it does not represent us as individuals, but I think I share characteristics of my heliocentric moon. I also wouldn't be surprised if I looked up the placements of my heliocentric Mercury, Venus, and Mars and found them to be accurate in some ways. I think the natal chart dominates, but is it possible to reason that the heliocentric chart has some influence on who we are also?

the heliocentric chart is your natal chart, just like the geocentric one, just from the perspective of the Sun.

There are different opinions on its meaning.
Some say it is the chart of your higher Self, your highest potential,
but for example Michael Erlewine seems to have a bit of a different perspective on the heliocentric chart.
Mostly the helio representst - according to him- the "true essence" or "inner Self" of a person, while the geocentric might be more easily seen.

http://www.michaelerlewine.com/viewtopic.php?f=146&t=76

Personally I find the heliocentric chart an intriguing concept and am open to it, but for now I think that everything needs to be chanelled through our earthbound, tropical chart, as this is the dimension where things can manifest.

It`s almost like the tropical view shouws our subjective perspective on things, from the inside looking out.
While the helio chart is sort of an outside-view (as we do not live on the Sun), a bird`s eye perspecitve on us, our personality and life.

I do think both might be valid and true, but am not completely clear on how to imply this difference of perspective to their meaning.

Focusing on the natal chart probably is best. My confusion comes from over-identifying with aspects and placements in my Heliocentric chart. It is as if on some level they do manifest on this plane of existence. I feel like my natal chart may be more apparent to those that interact with me while my Heliocentric chart is more reflective of things about myself that only I am aware of.

Of course, I cannot say that my natal chart does not also imply those same traits that I see in myself from my Heliocentric chart. Since I struggle to tell what my chart says about me, I have trouble focusing on it.

The placement of my Heliocentric moon presented the side of my emotions I feel my natal moon does not, for example, so I found that interesting. I can't tell from looking at my natal chart that certain qualities are present. Then again, perhaps I look at myself incorrectly. It is impossible to know for sure.

Thank you for your response.

My opinion is that the Heliocentric chart can only be relate-able when we ourselves become like the Sun, exuding from a place of Christ Consciousness, selfless, yet giving love.

Therefore I would say the Heliocentric chart should only be really looked at in it's positive aspects. Not that conjunction/square/opposition don't exist, but that they've already been transcended, the hard inner work put in and their positive manifestations active instead of reading it as a natal chart as something that the 'personality' still needs to deal with.

This is how you use the Heliocentric chart (Sidereal):

Check for exact conjunction between your Helio and Natal chart. If there are no conjunctions there isn't any need to proceed. But if you have conjunctions and especially more than one, this means your Higher self is awakening you with the experiences of those planets in your natal chart. It's like a Door way your higher self is using to get through to your human self. Those conjunctions will also become significant and monumental strengths that you have to give to humanity in service to God and becoming the Christ.

Interesting AG.

sidreal helio vs my normal tropical natal?=

I never checked this, but look:

helio Venus 25°35 Sagittarius
Mercury 25°02 Sagittarius
Sun 25°56 Sagittarius

Wow! What could that mean? It seems at least intriguing, helio Venus is so close to the midpoint even!

Apart from that

helio Uranus 4°29 Libra
MC 4°57 Libra

and just because I found the checkup interesting.

helio Mercury 28°48 Scorpio
Valentine 27°32 Scorpio
(yes I know it is an asteroid, but I kinda loved that)

helio Pholus 14°55 Aquarius
helio Psyche 18°38 Aquarius
Moon 17°06 Aquarius

helio Alma 3°42 Aries
IC 4°57 Aries

helio Eros 5°34 Gemini
DESC 7°01 Gemini

helio Pluto 12°50 Virgo
Persephone 13°18 Virgo

helio Mars 27°44 Libra
Union 29°50 Libra

helio Vesta 9°27 Sagittarius
ASC 7°01 Sagittarius
Angel 7°31 SAgittarius
Lust 7°43 Sagittarius
Neptune 9°57 Sagittarius
NN 10°09 Sagittarius
Groom 11°37 Sagittarius

Sorry if I got carried away a little.

Also, what does it mean - if it means anything- if a composite has this?

helio Venus conjunct Venus 3°00
helio Venus conjunct Moon 3°51
- I know on its own these are very wide, but helio Venus sits on the midpoint of the wide Moon-Venus-conjunction, that is why I mentioned it

helio Pholus conjunct Psyche 1°10
helio Pholus conjunct Antivertex 1°19

helio Eros conjunct Chiron 0°07

helio Aphrodite conjunct Vertex 1°02
helio Amor conjunct Vertex 0°10

helio Uranus conjunct Pluto 0°39

helio Angel conjunct NN 1°53
helio Angel conjunct Amor 1°42
helio Angel conjunct Cupido 1°54
helio Valentine conjunct NN 1°28
helio Valentine conjunct Cupido 1°29
helio Valentine conjunct Amor 1°17

helio Jupiter conjunct IC 0°10
helio Jupiter conjunct Eros 1°56

of course that means that in the helio chart itself there are:

Vesta conjunct Psyche 1°05

Aphrodite conjunct Amor 1°12
(on tropical Vertex in Leo in 7th house)

Angel conjunct Valentine 0°25
(on tropical NN-Amor-Cupido-conjunction in Libra in 9th house)

Wow is my first impression as well! My Helio Venus is at 25 Sagittarius too.

That is definitely a very strong connection to your higher self Ceri. It most likely comes through your mind and intelligence. Some how connected to your father even. What house do those planets fall?

At the HPAT page you can see the geocentric and heliocentric charts for Timothy Leary.

And there are several side-by-side geo and helio charts here.

The first person to post a request for their two charts to be posted here need only give date and time (and timezone) of birth. Place of birth is not needed for helio charts, since there's no ascendant and no houses. What's of interest is only the natal chart itself and the transits (of moving planets to natal planets) at a given later date.

Do we only count conjunctions with personal planets? Heliocentric Saturn conjuncts Natal Uranus in my chart, but this seems like something that would be generational.

AG,

"Wow is my first impression as well! My Helio Venus is at 25 Sagittarius too. "
Wow again! Yours is at 25 Sag too?
What a coincidence!

And incidentally it is rather close to the Galactic centre.

And I like the Sabian:
" A Flag Bearer In A Battle"

Maybe we are meant to be(come) trailblazers in one way or another.

"What house do those planets fall?"
1st house.
Sun rules 9th house (Virgo intercepted in 9th house) and Mercury rules 7th house.

They are also sort of running their "own show" in my chart, as they have no tight ptolemaic aspects to other planets.
But being in 1st house they are rather pronounced.

I do think however they started to only "wake up" for real and start their real activation-process, after Pluto was transiting these degrees.

Interestingly that was also the time I first crossed path with Mr Sag, and before that time it was peculiar, that most of my friendships or even crushes did not have a strong synastric link with my Sun-Mercury.
A trine here and there, maybe a sextile. But that was about it.

And then Mr Sag entered the stage, along with Transiting Pluto , and putting his Sun-Moon-MC-stellium right on top of my Sun-MErcury (and helio Venus as it seems. lol)
His stellium is not on 25 Sag though but from 26-28 Sagittarius. Still close enough I guess.

BTW the first time I ever saw him (and him me) was a long time ago:
3rd june 2006 (yes, I can`t help but noticing the numbers, and funny enough my lifepath number is 33/6 his is 3).

Anyway on that day
Tr Pluto 25°46 Sagittarius just 11 minutes off my helio Venus and 10 minutes off my tropical Sun, so effectively on the interdimensional Sun/Venus-mp. Weird.

EDIT:
of course due to our Sun-Sun-conjunction it means that Tr Pluto was ALSO conjunct composite Sun by 41 minutes.
