Saturn is going through my daughter's 12th house. She will be 8 soon. As I read about it, It talks about reflecting on life's lessons. How is this when she is so young?

12th House means contemplation, isolation as well as prison....I guess it's too early for her. Make sure she's healthy because 12H rules hospital as well and you don't want to end up having a hard (Saturn) time.

I had Saturn transit my 1st house when I started high school .

When it was in the 12th house,I remember thinking of how "grown up" I'll have to be when in high school.

Look at this transit as a preparation phase for emotional growth or a physical growth spurt.

It could suggest some inner transitional phase that will only become more obvious when Saturn moves to the 1st i.e hormonal changes that lead to physical changes etc.

Does she have transit Saturn aspecting her Sun or Moon? This sounds more like a parent situation because she is too young.

She may simply want more time to herself to discover her own needs compared to what the world tells her. I have this natally so i know...

12th house is a great house man. Thats where you discover your capabilities
