I have met tons of libras and there's a pattern I have noticed with almost all of them. They are an only child! Has anyone else noticed this? Is there something to this? Or is it just a coincidence that I just happen to run into all these Libras that happen to be an only child?

Hmmm You might be onto something... The Librans I know either have no siblings - or just one sibling.
Aries is in the same boat for the most part.

Interestingly, this is the self vs. others (relationships with others) axis.

Yeah.. This seems plausible. I've known an only child Libra.. And, one with one sibling. I don't think I know many Libras that have more than one sibling, if any.

Offhand most Libras I've known were either an only child or had only one sibling (and in the latter case, always of the opposite gender). I can think of one exception offhand but circumstances were such that he was practically raised as an only child.

We must be tough babies that discourage having anymore. (Though at least in my case I know Mom had some health problems that essentially left her barren after I was born, but I don't know the details of it. Also, she had little to do with me until I was almost 5.)

My mum has four sisters (second oldest) but I can imagine she did feel an only child being the only responsible one, taking on obligations whilst the rest had fun (not just that either, but she has a manner of an only child being emotionally distant somewhat with her sisters) So maybe that's just a sign of her generation (having siblings) & there's still something in it.

Kim Kardashian is a Libra too and she has many siblings.

12th House Libra Here, I have fraternal siblings, except one was still birth (the male) I was left with my little sister. Either way I thank the universe for giving me someone..I know there are sibling relationships out there where it just doesn't work but for me, I NEEDED someone. I don't get how only children can just be, I'm sure it gets lonely and children aren't meant to be alone IMO.

On my fathers side, being the Aquarius that he is, I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Which I've only met 3 thus far.

So no, I don't think Libras are only children, you'd have to take a quick look at their natal chart see whats in the 3rd house and also if Jupiter applies to the ruler of the 3rd or the planet in the third which Jupiter does in mine. And hey 12th house planets does take away the father which in my case is true.

I have a triple Libra friend (Sun, Venus, Mercury in tight conjunction) who is an only child and whose mom apparently had a hysterectomy before he was born one of his planets Sabians is something about a miraculous/unusual birth....

Another Libra I know has 3 siblings, another 2 siblings, my exes brother is Libra Sun and ASC and has the one sibling.

I don't know many people who are an only child. Maybe there is something to this (?) but I haven't come across it.

Libra runs strong in my immense Irish Catholic family, and everyone has siblings.

Perhaps look at your culture and where you live? My father is Libra Sun and he has 7 sisters and one younger brother...he comes from a poor town in a developing country, very religious and parents didn't believe in birth control. I think in your case is probably just a coincidence.
