Since both placements are influenced by Scorpio, I would like to know which placement is most intense?

Venus in Scorpio can be obsessive, possessive and very intense. How is it for Venus in the 8th house?

Are people with Venus in 8th usually attracted to Scorpio influenced individuals?

As I'm getting older,with Venus in the 8th I have realised that I can get a little bit more possesive and obsessive in some situations. It's not really my style and I don't like it much besides the intense part.

My Venus is in Aquarius, square Uranus, but also trine Pluto. It's a little confusing as u can imagine.

And yes, I very much attract people with a strong Scorpio influence. It wears me out alot of times but I do need the deep intense connection in my relationships also

I would agree that Venus in the 8th is more intense. But let's throw in an aspect may I ? What about Venus square Pluto? Does that give as intense feelings as the other 2 options?

Definitely Venus in 8th.

Venus could be in scorpio and be intense but if it's in a weak house it could have some trouble expressing it's intensity.

Oh wow.

I thought Venus in Aquarius people were "detached" in love?!

Do they get obsessive/possessive too like Scorpio Venus people?

She is very detached and not possessive at all but she seems to attract intensive men or men that are not good for her. I think this is due to some aspects that she has tho more than the actual Venus in the eight house.

Oh I see. Because I know two people with Venus in the 8th along water moons and they seem to be quite clingy at times! They're awkward when it comes to expressing their emotions but they don't seem to like the treat of competition very much.

I have venus in the 8th and it is square pluto. All my relationships are dramatic and transforming, and a lot of time, exhausting.

I've only been deeply involved with sun scorpios or people with pluto aspect in their personal planets heavily. I think I probably terrify everyone else.

I have this placement. I am detached. I don't like expressing my feelings, it feels weird to me. But I do have them. I don't like committing 100% to someone, but I am capable of love. For me, it's more about trust. If I know I can trust you and that you won't hurt me, I'll give you all the love I have.

Btw, my current boyfriend has Venus in the 8th and one of my exes had Venus in Scorpio. I would say Venus in the 8th is more intense. They're both VERY loving and possessive, but I feel people with Venus in the 8th are more dreamy and more obsessed with their partner.

I'm going to say Venus in Scorpio.

Because Venus is a personal planet and the 8th house isn't personal it rules other people. So Venus in Scorpio is more personal and a personality trait but the 8th house shows our interaction with others.

Well I have a Venus in Scorpio conjunct Pluto in the 2nd. My love is not that intense at all. I'm more physical and passionate I don't really care for mysterious women, and I hate bs push/pull games either u in or you're not

So my guess is the 8th house is more intense. I feel like my Venus conj. Pluto wants something real and powerful but I want it to be substantial(not money or materials but steadiness)

I will say tho that I always seem too lol i meet two different types of ppl;either they have made some major changes and transformations, or they are extremely manipulative, lie alot, and have the darkest energy around them but they are very charismatic. So you've got to be smart, decisive and clear with Venus in Scorpio b/c darkness and those who mean us no good often come our way

I'm sorry but according to astrology, Venus is falling in Scorpio sign, so Venus not able to carry out it nature traits in Scorpio. There a reason why astrologers name a planet falling in a certain sign.

I don't know about Venus in 8th house, as my husband have his Venus in 8th, and he intense as hell.
