I have found the current retros to have been beneficial to me in the end(this might change of course ). Although at the first half of the saturn retro i was not feeling the best. Saturn was transiting my 2nd when it went retro, I did have some money worries(not serious but things were a bit tight) I also have natal chiron in retro in the 8th... I was also having anxiety at times.
I had been facing similar issues with money recently, although i was able to handle it better now, I have found myself become more responsible in that area.
My romantic life is looking interesting too...and it is involving an ex, but this was all happening before venus went retro....I think it is more related to saturn. But we both have Nvenus in leo and the jupiter/venus conjunction was conjuncting my natal venus/mars conjunction. Not sure how it will all turn out but we will see...
Work is also starting to look up more now too. It was not so much fun the past number of months but now past couple of weeks it is getting a bit better(just hope it stays that way)
Maybe because of my natal aspects;
I have saturn on my asc
The jupiter conj venus was conjuncting my mars/venus/karma in leo in the 10th
