Well I'm still a virgin at 20, but definitely a sexual person. Mars is in Leo but I have a Cap Venus.My moon and mercury are both opposite mars. Pluto is in first house so I exude sex. Mars trine Jupiter too. I've never acted on anything though, getting laid has never really been all to important to me. Ive had plenty of opportunities but meh I contribute this to my Aquarius Moon and Mercury also, which tends to make me go against anything mainstream. I truthfully just don't give a **** about sex unless it's somebody I truly can connect with IP: Logged |

I saw your post in my thread but couldn't reply before Randall closed it. Getting action in the back of friend's car - your cap venus likes the convenience and practicality of getting action on your way to where you're going, and your leo mars likes getting your ego "stroked"

Mercury in ariesProbably because of the opposition I turn sex off in my mind and have had periods of (self)imposed denial of sex. But even so and because of it, maybe, sexual thoughts are always in the background. And did used to imagine I could communicate sexual thoughts mentally with people too. I was very conscious of it when young even, like much sooner than friends it was the backdrop in my mind and also, even when older it was a revelation to me that friends didn't have it at their core in a similar way - for them sex was like a side-dish of food, for me it's thee plate. That's why the saying (Oscar Wilde, I think): everything is about sex except sex, which is about power speaks to me. Saying that, it's not that I need physical sex and refrain as above most often but it is very integral part of me nevertheless. Kind of related I sometimes think I've a very dilute form of being on the spectrum and that this aspect describes that in my chart. Was told recently that sexual libido is often see very early in those who are on the spectrum and this reinforces this aspect being sexual for me. IP: Logged |

Mercury - TaurusPluto does not contact any of these planets. Mars only touches my Venus and my 8H is empty. (Though, Pluto IS my chart ruler). Probably because Mars is in Gemini, I think about sex a lot though. Curiously, I'm not always aroused when I think about it - but in order to get aroused I MUST think about it (does that make sense?). Maybe that's the difference? I mean, I think about sex daily - doesn't matter where I'm at or what's going on, a thought will just pop in my head and then my mind starts travelling down a strange path. Example: In a boring work meeting. Hey, this conference table is really sturdy...is it bolted to the floor? Interesting. Wow, this table is HUGE. 3 people could lay down on it and still have room to move around without touching each other...*mind starts to wander into weird hankypanky territory* But because I'm at work I often won't get turned on by whatever weirdness I'm thinking about. HOWEVER, during the "act" I might very happily throw out a suggestion to my partner about the dining room table and/or office supplies. (Really hope that didn't cross a line here  ) IP: Logged |

I still try to do this now in a way. For me, I find the idea of turning someone on with my mind very sexy. Like, if I just concentrate hard enough I can transmit sexual thoughts to someone else and we can become aroused together without ever touching or talking about it - almost like a secret. quote:

mercury square pluto and yeah i think about it often. even before i really knew what sex was i was extremely curious but i think i eventually repressed it and wasn't until this year that i released it all. my current bf and i have very strong sexual synastry and composite and hot damn. if i don't mentally vibe with or trust you, i can't be intimate. id say my thoughts are much dirtier than what i dish outIP: Logged |

This would make sense for me. Mercury Aqua in 12th, Pluto in Scorpio in 8th, Mars in Sagittarius at the end of 9th, aka 10th. I love sex and rough-housing, but I can be pretty detached about it when I want to be. I both crave and am terrified by intimacy, but sometimes I randomly just say **** it and jump in just because it's a new adventure. Then I'm also *very* secretive about sex, I just don't like it becoming public knowledge, but for some reason people are always seem to be interested and curious about my sex life...it's annoying. haha IP: Logged |

Wouldn't this theory mean those of us with Merc ruled Mars gemini/virgo will natural have high sex drive unless afflicted?
I must say I have not met anyone with a gem or virgo Mars who had a lacking sex drive. IP: Logged |

I believe that when mercury touches Mars and/or Pluto (Mars higher octave) it enhances sexual thought, thus increasing the need for sex. Sex starts upstairs. And yes. I believe having Mars and Pluto in the 3rd or 6th house is a contributor. Or having Mercury in the 8th or 1st house. I do not have a high sex drive at all.Certainly, the idea makes a lot of sense, and a lot people seem to agree. So maybe for me, there are other aspects or placements that 'veto' the tendency for a high sex drive. IP: Logged |
