Has anyone gone thru this transit - Tr Pluto hard aspect natal Sun? Or Venus?
How was it like? Did it hurt? Did you loose your mind?

Tr Pluto is approaching to square our synastrical Sun - Venus opposition , his Sun my Venus.
His Nodes are there too.
Tr Pluto is going to T-square that synastrical opposition for the next 2 -3 years. Gggrrr.

The opposition.
I was still a teen when T. Pluto (10) opposed my N.Sun(4)

I felt like I couldn't do anything right, I was putting out a lot of positive energy and tried to ignore the garbage that was coming back at me.

I also had many people in my family die. For awhile there it seemed to happen at least once a month.

Going through it right now. It's absolutely HELL. To be honest, this will be the end of me.

Yeah, after Sun, Pluto will attack my Venus. Not looking forward to it either.

I have it natally so I havent experienced it in transit

but expect to have your ego tested, rug pulled out from under, your sheer existence brings out power issues from people so you have to be cautious whom you show yourself to.

...and if you hide, they will come to get you anyway.

Also, expect people/strangers to hate/dislike you instantaneously which doesn't favor you.

Oh, joy. I've had enough of that.

I had the opposition when I was a kid - like 4, 5, or 6. Saturn was there, too. I am not looking forward to the square. I've had a bit of a break from things, but I've been so hurt by things that have happened so far, that I don't feel happy a lot of the time. I feel damaged, and things keep getting screwed up. It's been like this for years now, and I'm tired.

It also means you learn about your own inner power. At time it feels like hell but once it passes, you've become a new person

Transit Pluto is and has been squaring my sun for some time and will for much longer. It has been the most difficult time in my life.

With Pluto transits to the sun, you come out a completely different person. I mean Pluto is about deep and far reaching transformation and that is exactly what I have been going through.

I feel suddenly, drastically different than who I have always been. I feel used up. I feel like a shell of a person. I feel like I can't trust anyone. I have experienced some of the ugliest aspects of human behavior, and I continue to. I often feel like I can't go on.

But it's during those times that I remind myself what this pain is doing for me. It's like Pluto is burning out my insides and remolding me into who I am supposed to be. When I think of that, I enjoy the burn. I lean in and feel it, because I know I can't "arise from the ashes" until there is nothing left but ash.

From what I understand, Pluto is going to give you signs about what you need to release. If you ignore the signs, Pluto will send even stronger signs...the harder you try to cling to whatever Pluto wants you to release the harder he will hit you. Pluto wants you to release your attachment to things/people/places so you can experience transformation. Once you do, you can look back and say, you know what? I didn't really need that after all - I am strong enough without it.

Let's say it's your career that you self identify with. Pluto may show up as a corporate takeover or merger where your company is swallowed up by a larger company and you are no longer a big fish in a little pond. You dig in and resolve to work hard and earn the new guys respect. Ok. Pluto cuts the budget for your department (which was only recently a whole company) and you find that your sweet corner office with the nice view has been replaced with a cubicle with no privacy and now every time you look up from your desk all you see is that Annoying Punk in the opposing cubicle who you once treated with disdain whenever you noticed him, but now you're basically seen as his equal. You dig in. You come to work the following Monday to find that Mr. Annoying Punk, formerly considered an underling, somehow managed to dazzle the new "Department Head" by pointing out something that you could and would have pointed out yourself but you assumed that anyone with half a brain already knew. Now Mr. Annoying Punk is getting kudos and they are talking about having him head up meetings for the C-Suite. Your career-related self esteem plummets. You dig in. ...and so on. The more you dig in, the harder Pluto is going to hit until one day, you walk into an office lunch-meeting to hear that ROI numbers didn't work out and the Company that purchased the startup you were so proud of being a part of is scrapping the whole idea. They thought they wanted to branch out into this area but it's just not feasible so they are going to be closing the office. Everyone will get a small severance package...except Mr. Annoying Punk who somehow managed to get promoted and transferred to another part of the Company before the announcement. He will be able to work remotely and will only have to fly out to the corporate headquarters once a month, all expenses paid, of course. Then you'll still have no career-related self esteem. The Punk will have somehow stolen your glory and now you don't know where you;ll get the funds needed to pay your mortgage. If you had listened up when Pluto started talking, you might have taken the chance on that really cool, but risky offer a headhunter called you about. The job was something you were once passionate about but you just couldn't rationalize leaving a "steady job" with a cush office to start fresh, as an entry level employee, even if it did titillate the hell out of you. Now the headhunter won't take your calls or return your messages. You think about driving that expensive new car you bought when times were good into an oncoming semi truck. . . . Pluto tried to tell you. The good news, you WILL find your way through the destruction - and you will be stronger, happier and you will be more willing to go after something that satisfies your soul instead of settling for an easy paycheck. BUT, first you'll have to clean up the mess Pluto made while he was trying to get your attention.

by the way^^^^ is exactly what is happening to my ex bf. I've been trying to gently encourage him to leave his startup for 3 years. It is a soul sucking job but he "was employ #1 and that ought to count for something"

He held on for the merger thinking he would get a six figure payout on his stock options. He got $20,000. He endured the merger, even when he was totally demoralized by not being able to pay off his home and all his debt as he expected. His office was taken away and now he works in a space smaller than his former office and shares it with 3 other men. His "right hand man" was promoted to department head (his former title) and he was given a VP title that means absolutely nothing. He has no one working under him and....(poor guy) all the former VP's were promoted to SR. VP's --so he is the only VP in the entire operation. His best friend, founder of the start up, yeah, he walked away with $6mil. My ex? Oh, he's still digging in.....Pluto is about to get LOUD. I'm kind of glad that Pluto pushed me on out of his life as part of the pre-earth-shattering-rage-rumbling round. In fact, I'm really really glad. Pluto is headed to my ascendant and will be within 2º in less than a year. I'm listening very closely. VERY VERY closely to what Mr. Underworld might want to tell me.

Well I think for me it's been the combination of this transit and my progressed moon in Scorpio. When my progressed moon was conjunct my natal Pluto almost exact and pluto was exactly square my sun, I was forced to make a decision I'd been needing to make for over a year.
I was in an abusive and toxic marriage. He lied and took advantage of me regularly. I knew I had to get out, but I loved him and more than that, I was comfortable. His lies increased. His clinginess increased. His overall volatility increased.
We ended up moving in with his parents to save money, and things reached a boiling point. All was well for about 2 months, but his mother and I grew to hate and resent each other because of the things that were going on between her son and I.
One fine day, my ex and his mom teamed up and "forced" me to talk it out with her. Obviously (as though this couldn't be seen coming a mile away) it turned into a huge fight, and I was essentially kicked out of the house, although I was living there with my child.
I ended up moving across the country with her to be with my family.
I started dating, perhaps prematurely, and it has been a parade of leeches and life suckers. I got involved in a physical relationship with a (literal) psychopath who is a sadist. I obviously didn't realize he was a psychopath when the whole thing started, but now I think he is an emotional sadist too, meaning that he likes to know he is causing me emotional pain.
Obviously it's just been a mess. I can't wait for this transit to end. Although when it ends, it will pass over my DSC so it seems Pluto isn't going to be finished with me for a long while.

I just found this in another thread. Maybe it will resonate with you:
PLUTO. The Guardian of the Gate. How perfect it is that Pluto spends twenty years or so of its two-and-a-half century orbit actually inside of Neptune’s sphere. Like a Shaman, it crosses between our world and the next one. Like Casteneda’s Don Juan, it “moves fluidly between the worlds.” I suspect that, in the future as more trans-Neptunians are discovered and understood, we will realize we that we have made our interpretations of Pluto too broad; that its meaning is more focused than we thought, and that the archetype of the Shaman will be seen as increasingly the heart of the Plutonian matter.

In the spirit of Pluto, we step into the Unconscious, we step into the Shamanic Realm—and the first thing we feel is scared. We want to resist, to deny, to control. Maybe we “surrender” to those chaotic impulses and we become the darkness we fear—we become Evil, or mad. But maybe we are braver. Maybe we can face the Dark Night(s) of the Soul, without losing the gifts of integrity that Saturn has given us. If so, then we pass though the Plutonian portal and enter the Realm of the Sane . . . those who are then free to explore further.

Thanks, Moon

Seems like Pluto forced you to end things the hard way, things that were not working for you anyway.

I wonder how this transit will unfold for us, being that Pluto will square my Venus and his Sun at the same time...hmm

I think it will be difficult. I'm sorry I'm just being honest. I think your best bet would be to step into this transit with your mind wide open. Change that is resisted will be forced. That has been my experience.

Yup, I have Pluto squaring my sun, and Saturn opposing my Venus.

I've been feeling a bit down lately, more than usual, to be frank.

Oh I'm sorry to to hear and I understand what you mean by tired. You must also congratulate yourself though for coming this far. I don't know how much of personal power you were able to recognise back when you were 4,5,6... I'd say too young. Anyhow, for next one, I'm sure Pluto will help you get rid of all the garbage coming at you and say, enough is enough. I don't know when you are going to be squared but learn about spiritual cleansing, stronger super duper stuff like spiritual cleansing herbal bath. Even if you don't learn about it now, may be you will remember when you need it. Also do some magick to bring in good stuff for yourself rather than letting curses taking over your life. If things keep on breaking, it ain't right.

Imagining bathing in white light and all that is just not strong enough though it helps. I really do hope Pluto will not be too wrathful but you know Pluto is so forceful.

I know, I know. I don't know if I'm going to last. Probably dead soon because this stalker I have is on the highway to kill me.
The thing about Pluto transit is that it stays there sooooo looooong. lol I'd say Pluto transit aspects is a lot harder, much harsher than Saturn return. At least, with Saturn, if you do your duty, he will rewards you and it only lasts 2.5 years.

Yes, Pluto is pushing me to do things I didn't want to do since I've been such a nice person. This meant that I had to learn about demons and magick of both kind i.e. Black and White but realised really there is no distinction other than the intention of the user. It made me question many things like 'What is justified action?' and karma.

I am becoming more like Scorpio. I couldn't give a $h1t about what other judges of me. They don't know my full story. I guess if you are driven on the edge of life/death due to constant attack by an attacker....there is very little of nicety left.
