Topic: Cant understand why I feel so angry

I don't know why, but these past few days have been terrible for me. Its like I have a huge chip on my shoulder. I've been exercising and writing to feel better but I'm the kind of person that has to relax when upset because it rushes to my head. Its like the wrong look or glance would set me off. Doing my best to smile and breathe is all I can do for now...hopefully
This could be Saturn touching my Natal Lilith through its transit

Wasn't the moon just in Libra squaring whatever Cancer placements you have? That could have caused the momentary anger.IP: Logged |

Your Mars is making an opposition with the current T Saturn and will make a square with the next sign. You get angry because Saturn wants you disciplinated and you want to rebelize yourself. You reject Saturn lessons and through this behaviour you are igniting Mars energy more and more.
