So I was here in Berlin and wanted to get a bus to Hamburg it did not work out, I have no phone and no creditcard, so I couldnīt buy it from the internet, I tried to contact friends via fb, there is one that would always buy it for me. it did not work out, than I thought to my self I`m just going to the central station and gonna get it there, it will be more expensive but whatever...
I went there just to figure out that the cheap busses don`t leave from there.
than it goes i start to see the masses of ppl around, fancy stupid adds everywhere, I know it is lack of pasience but dude.
My mind shuts donw and I only can think about my calm farm life back in braazil
I start to squezze the paper in my hand, turn my finger into claws, hit my head against walls, walk like a angry zombie (I am limping)..

It`s really crazy this feeling I get, sometimes only by lissening to a music I get so overhelmingly exited by a thought.
Or driving a bike I would grab the Handlebar tightly and drive like a lunatic that I am,
I got this energy inside of me, I cannot handle it and sometimes I think I will never be able to. It is destructive, but what is life after all?

Yeah I can show you Germany also, Europe is nice to see to brake the "first world paradigma" but not good for living..

I`ve heard your having a hot winter over in Rio, I`m wondering how the Summer will be this year, if it`s Dry and Super hot again, It will be crazy!

Oh and in Brazil I used to live in the Mantiqueira Mountains, I moved from Rio, they are Magical Mountains, you should check it out if you don`t know them yet!

There are like a billion things people could advise you here..
But as a more practical (and quick fix) - B-vitamins will help you relax and calm down.

Try to get a B-complex vitamin that has all of the different Bs.
Go to a pharmacy or health store - and ask the pharmacist/shop attendant about it.

I`m not a fan of suplements, so it`s difficult for me taking that step..
Back in Brazil I was eating pretty good, like green stuff, beans, bananas.. And it would happen also
Just happened again, screwed my right shoulder a little bit more..
I`ts overhealming, I`m doomed xD
My mind dosend think clearly, maybe Lillith on the 3th house?
