Topic: Venus conjunct Mars in Solar Return Chart

Hi I have Venus and Mars conjunct by 1-2 degrees in my solar return chart. And it's right on my SR ascendant in Leo. I wonder what this means.I have heard scary things being said about Mars in the first house in a solar return chart. I hope it's not true. If you had Venus conjunct Mars in solar return chart please let me know what happens that year. Or if you know what happens with this aspect. Thank you. IP: Logged |

I'm also having the same aspect in my solar return chart but it's in my 7th house in Virgo so I'm not sure how that will play out eitherIP: Logged |

Sometimes the interps on the web can be very negative and "cookie cutter".Often, a yr with Leo on the Asc is good year (ruled by the sun) and can often auger in a new relationship if you aren't already in one. You'll find you are more "out there" this year. Mars on it's own, conj. Asc can make you more aggressive that year. But think positive - you'll be more inclined to go after the things you want in life, maybe things you weren't brave enough to go after in the past. People can see your assertiveness. It might even surprise them. (depending on your natal). Just be mindful of how you are putting your energy out there this year. Don't act on knee-jerk reactions to situations. That's where Mars conj. can lead to trouble. Often with Venus on Asc in SR, you can make changes to your appearance. New hair color, wardrobe, or even a nip and tuck. You might find the opposite sex takes more notice of you too. But a conj. of Ven/Mars on a Leo Asc? That is spelling romance to me. Thanks so much. I hope you're right about your interpretation. I'm so excited for this year. In my natal chart I have Pisces ASC (I'm very sensitive and easily manipulated). So I'm really excited for this year! I feel the urge to let go of people who don't respect me, to be independent already. IP: Logged |

I had this two years ago, conjunct my Sun in the solar return. I don't know how it helped or hurt. I'm sure I was in more arguments, and I held it together - just - maybe it helped me to keep going in certain situations. IP: Logged |
