Do you believe this has something to do with planets, angles, or asteroids?

Im talking about people whom you have had interest in since childhood and now you feel like you may have had other worldly experiences with them

Maybe if you have a lot of earth. Maybe neptune aspecting venus? Maybe sag venus. I think childhood crushes are the most idealistic, hopeful, innocent yet detached kind of crushes. And to maintain a crush for that long there has to be some kind of fog or delusion going on. Or endurance if the crush gets less idealistic as you age.

Imo Any connection that feels amazing and otherworldly has a lot to do with angles, NN/SN axis, Vertex/Anti-Vertex axis, *plus* several exact aspects involving planets or asteroids on the exact same degrees - whether minor or major -(for example, Venus at 9 deg Scorpio and Pluto at 10 deg Scorpio does NOT count. However, Venus at 9'39 deg Gemini with Pluto at 9'39 deg Scorpio *does* count)....and...hmmm.... what else? I'll come back to this if other things come to mind!

It's hard to apply all of this to childhood love, because many of us won't have an exact time of birth.

^ I just realized the way I phrased that was confusing. The aspect doesn't have to be exact to the minute...(I went a bit overboard!) but it's more karmic if both planets are on the same degree. So both on the 9th degree of a sign would be close enough!

Definitely angles and asteroids Dodger..I have first hand personal experience. I was in love with my childhood friend from the time I thought I knew what love was to when we were in our 20's (he was a lifelong family friend.)
Just an example of our synastry:
His moon conjunct my ASC, jupiter, Valentine , Cupido and BML
His psyche tightly conjunct my IC
His Juno exactly conjunct my VTX and psyche
His Alma tightly conjunct my DSC
His Valentine conjunct my Eros
His Pallas exactly conjunct my saturn
His Lust tightly conjunct my karma
...And I still think of him to this day
