I have my Venus in Cancer Quincunx my ASC in Aqua by an exact degree.

Is the quincunx aspect valid when it comes to angles?

Wanted to know if it gives the same "artistic" affect as the other aspects..

Lol thanks, but what about when it comes to other Venusian traits? I know it boosts artistic abilities but I never thought the quincunx would necessarily do the same.

For some reason I underestimate this aspect..

I have venus square my ascendant and I've been asked where I was from etc. Been even told I look nothing like my siblings or that I look islander. I love music and art. My place is a work of art, constantly changing something around.

My daughter has Venus trine asc and I have noticed that she is an artistic drawer. I tell that when she draws something, I can see how the person or monster feels.

Libra ASC at 7 degrees. Venus in Gemini at about 8-9 Gemini.

Venus trine ASC

I took art lessons the whole time I was growing up, illustrated school magazines, did the sets for the school plays, minored in Art History, made a coloring book for my kids' play group...that kinda thing.

With my 6H sun square Pluto, almost nothing I draw (or do, for that matter) impresses me, so I've always hated referring to myself as an artist. I'm just someone who does a lot of art.
