I know that the descendant is suppose to describe his attributes but that doesn't necessarily help me time out when I'm suppose to meet him. I tried researching Juno and all it really says is that Juno was Jupiter's wife so this is suppose to signify law abiding agreements between the two.

Again, doesn't really help. I've also been researching the vertex which is described as a "wish fulfillment" in the chart or karmic connections but I've yet to have him come into my life.

I know I must sound very direct but I can almost feel like I'm suppose to meet him in this lifetime but for some reason I can't accurately assess how or why. It's very strange to think about because I'm either marrying the woman I've been with for 8 years (we are no longer together but still very close) and now I think it's time I've met him.

It's just annoying because I'm 20 years old and to many of you that may sound really young but I really want to get married before I'm 30

Both Juno & Mars are conjunct in my 9th house Sagittarius. Mars is supposed to represent the kind of male you're attracted to (venus if its a woman) and Juno represents love, marriage partner, etc

I met my husband in college (9th house education) and he's a Sagittarius sun.

I had never heard that the descendant is supposed to be a description, however, mine is in cancer and interestingly enough my husband is a cancer rising.

At the time, Venus was conjunct my sun & my natal venus.

Its best not set time constraints. I also wanted to be married by 30. Didn't happen. However, I did meet my wife a couple months before my 39th birthday and we are happy.

I'd say you're best off taking this question to a professional astrologer.
