I guess you don't use the equal house system? Otherwise you would indicate the cusps where Uranus and Neptune are.

If they square the 4th house's cusp and they're in the first house it means the conjunct the first house's cusp, according to equal houses' method. So that is really what you should focus on, unless they also square planets in the fourth.

You may read what these planets signify in the first house. Also check which houses they rule in the chart (aquarius and pisces) and see what issues are brought about in the domain of your personality.
