How are people with sun conjunction pluto like? Is this true for you guys– "On the same lines, there is an expression, "What you don't know can't hurt you". Sun-Pluto people don't agree. For them, what they don't know (but suspect) can hurt them--to the point of obsession. It hurts to need to know the truth, and to be suspicious just because things seem to be "too good to be true" or too happy." IP: Logged |

Yeah.. I could see that. However, to me, the 'too good to be true' also seems to be a little Neptunian at times.. Listen to the song 'Today' by Halou.. The way it is expressed in that song, specifically, makes me think of Neptune/Pisces/the 12th house.. Although, I think what you are talking about is a bit different. Just not sure how to put those thoughts into words right now.. I would agree though, Pluto is definitely a planet in search for truth. It can also be obsessive. So, Pluto can definitely be obsessive about the truth.. Especially in certain cases where that truth helps them feel they are in control. Of course, Saturn also relates with this, but, Pluto can be somewhat domineering at times.. IP: Logged |

I would say yes. They probably identify these things with their sense of self. But I would also include all of the hard aspects including the square and opposition. IP: Logged |

This is so untrue. There are many foolish quotes in the world to confuse you and to make you stray from the truth. I am the living proof of it and it's not a 'belief'.I don't have Sun conj. Pluto natally but currently going through Pluto sq Sun. IP: Logged |

I was already pretty sure you've seen me mention it somewhere on the forums (considering I've mentioned it like 10 times.. lmao).. But, if not, I have my Sun in the 8th house, opposite Pluto in Scorpio..IP: Logged |

In my case this I've definitely found this to be true. Call me jaded, but now that I've had some time to get used to it, I don't really bother wondering about the truth all that much anymore. Instead I tend to pretty much just always assume the worst. Sounds depressing, I know, but in its own way it's very liberating. Comical even. And if nothing else learning how to laugh at it seems to have kept me relatively sane. There's a cluster of stuff in my chart that I think reinforces this outlook though:
- Sun conjunct Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto - Sun trine Moon - Moon trine Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto - Mercury retrograde in Scorpio in the same house (but neighboring sign) as Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto IP: Logged |

Agreed, that song was really neptunian.

No. But i have a minor aspect between those two. I relate to the part about not knowing but suspecting hurts and getting a sense of relief when the truth finally is exposed no matter if it hurts or not. And i also have my moon in cancer and when my cancer moon picks something up no matter what my mind tries to fool me into thinking that "feeling" can`t be shaken off and is always right and then the suspicion and research etc etc start happening and am just waiting for the truth that i saw a mile away to unfold. I also have a pluto/venus aspect and a pluto/asc aspect.

Yep It`s in cancer. My venus is in the 2nd house, that explains a great deal why i`ve had a few attractions to taurus influenced men haha. Almost all the men i have been attracted to have had something in taurus except for two, but one of those two did have their venus in the 2nd house though. Why do you ask? IP: Logged |

Cause you mentioned your ASC and you said you had venus square pluto once. So that means your Venus is in Leo? IP: Logged |

Mixed feelings. I definitely prefer the ugly truth to a beautiful lie, OTOH, I'm not always suspecting the worst. And I accept there's always going to be some bad somewhere, nothing and no one is perfect, but I'm at peace with that. And one time my boy, then 10, really wanted to see the Evil Dead (2013). Though I've let him watch R-rated movies before I like to go as I've heard of too many times of pervs preying on young boys and girls both in R-rated cinema (it makes sense, they snuck in so are less likely to report anything), OTOH sometimes I just won't and though I figured it would be a parody the trailers made me want to see it first without him. It was...definitely inappropriate for a 10-year-old is all I'll say on it, and he flipped out when I said he couldn't see it. Usually he shrugs disappointments off well but he was holding a grudge on this one. Yet that weekend as he left with friends his own age he was suddenly so upbeat and downright smug seeming (little kids just aren't good with the bluffing ) that I was instantly suspicious, and what immediately occurred to me is that he and his friends were gonna sneak in to see it. I mentioned I was calling the cinemas to tell them to be on the look out for certain little boys and he flipped out on me again, whether my suspicions were correct or if he was angry that I'd accuse him unjustly I still don't know. I thought about what I could do about it but stealthily following them seemed impractical at best and I know the people at the cinema in a city don't get paid enough to care. I finally decided that if my suspicions were correct then at least he was with friends that should minimize chances of being preyed upon (and have taught him plenty in case it wasn't) and decided it was out of my hands so I let it go. But one day, like when he's 18, I'm gonna ask him about that because I'm still curious if he snuck into that movie. Not that I'll be angry or hurt or feel betrayed if he did nor does it keep me up at night wondering. IP: Logged |

I would also look to mercury-pluto. I have them square... AND scorpio is my 3rd house cusp. Not to mention my chart ruler is mercury. I am obsessed with finding the ugly truth. I dont even care if it hurts or scars me I need to know. Sometimes I am completely aware that it would be better not to know or that it would be nice to have some mystery, but no. I need to find the deep truth and it becomes an obsession until I find it. When I have a hunch its usually right and I have regretted a lot of times I didnt follow my gut feeling.IP: Logged |
