A woman i know has a scorpio venus in the 12th house and she has been treated badly by men they only use her for sex and nothing more. They don`t even bother contacting her when they don`t need sex. They can treat her so OBVIOUSLY bad and she still continues to try to please them and even WORSE she is in love/infatuated with them. She can get her hopes up so fast and can belive in a sweet fantasy and have issues seeing the reality of a "love" situation. I am just shocked at how much she can tolerate from a man she is into. I know someone is going to come and say: I have Venus in 12th house and I don't have issues with boundaries! but I would say they are the exception. Venus in 12th house is a difficult position because the 12th house is the house of the unknown, the house of the undoing, and the house that can trip us. It's like that damn attic in our house where nobody goes. When properly handled, it is a beautiful Venus that can devote itself to alleviate suffering. I know a doctor with this Venus and he is a remarkable human being. He is using his Venus to heal a population of patients who don't have access to the full gamut of medical services. IP: Logged |

Hey, Dreaminess! I have a question for you, but I don't want to derail this thread too much.. If you are willing, could we talk on Hearth and Home or something? Or, is there some other way I could contact you? xD IP: Logged |

The 12th house itself is vague, hazy and undefined. Anything goes. That makes people with these placements attractive to predators. In an established relationship, I have clear boundaries. That's saturn's work, papa is on my side. I have a bunch of planets in the 12th house, my saturn is in the 1st. But still, I equate love with sacrifices. This theme plays out in my relationship. My tolerance threshold is high, I'm eager to be understanding, to give, to ease burden and soothe pains. As long as the other person don't take kindness for weakness. I know my limits and principles In my interactions with other people though, boundaries get dissolved, guards get lowered quickly if I don't consciously keep check. I get too close too fast, and most don't take it well once I drift away. IP: Logged |

Huff, good you got it under control. Sad to see misery is brought to her everytime she is into a man. Its often unrequited and she is the one that always goes out of her way to please those morons. This girl also has her mars opposite both nep and uranus so that can also explain the attraction to unavailable men. IP: Logged |

Venus 12th here as well, isn't this the unrequited love placement, falling for unavailable people (true for me) and yea being sort of a pushover in relationships.I feel sorry for your friend, but I'll be honest I've been there done that I hope she overcomes that you learn over time.

It's very much a self sacrificing Venus, until reality hits, eventually. IP: Logged |

I've been unlucky in the love department as well.. I have Venus in Gemini in 12th. Though I haven't really experienced predators though... I've read somewhere that if 12th house Venus people have a hard aspect with Venus and Saturn in natal (I have this aspect), it's likely they won't fall victim to being mistreated. Fear of being loved even though I want it really bad but I end up messing up because I'm too afraid to show it is the main theme for me.IP: Logged |

Sorry about your friend. That sounds really sad. I dont think the 12th house Venus necessarily means "no boundaries". Perhaps a distorted view of love though...I used to have the starry-eyed romantic ideals when I was young. But I've never had issues with boundaries. In fact, I had many rules during my dating years. How is your friends Venus aspected? You could also look to your friend's moon and see whats going on there...maybe it will show some answers?? This may sound corny, but Dr. Phil said it best: You allow people to treat you the way you want to be treated. It sounds like she needs to work on her self worth, and maybe get some counseling. "This may sound corny, but Dr. Phil said it best: You allow people to treat you the way you want to be treated. It sounds like she needs to work on her self worth, and maybe get some counseling."^ This Her venus only receives one aspect from mars and it is a trine. But her moon is squared by both neptune and uranus and her mars also receives three hard aspects from sun, neptune and uranus. I think this adds to the attraction towards unavailable men.

I would say that they want love very badly, perhaps more than other Venus placements. It hurts to want love so badly. Love makes them very afraid of rejection, so they pull back. This could be misinterpreted as aloofness.------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

My SO is a Pisces Venus 12H human. To sum it up he is an "illusionist". I swear he could make anyone truly believe that he thinks they are the greatest person ever or that he is magically in love with that person but it's just a very thick fog. He has had some bad experiences with women and I would also say that sometimes he gets trapped in his own fog and can't see **** in front of him! By the time he wakes up he does an Aries (his sun)-180 degree- and tells them to eff off. Kinda Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hyde :-/IP: Logged |

I want to know what sort of people pluto/venus folks attract and how others might see them. How pluto/venus folks try to attract someone and how they deal with relationships etc etc.

You don't really want to have any boundaries with this Venus. You want to merge, to become one with the one you love, even though that's impossible. I don't think 12th house Venus believes she deserves love - that's why she attracts such relationships which help reinforce that theory. IP: Logged |

Do you live up to the plutonic traits since he/she attracted you? And do you see the plutonic influence in his/her love style? IP: Logged |
