We care about the ones we love. We are artistic, passionate and driven! We don't, ever, back down from a fight should it threaten ourselves or the ones we love!! We are emotionally intuitive and can't easily be fooled. We cling to the undercurrents when others lose their grip. Naw, come on man. You're just focusing on and remembering all of the bad things said. I've seen a lot of great things said. Anyway, I agree with Charlie. Also, how cancer is known to hang on to hurts, they'll remember little kind acts that you do also.  IP: Logged |

Let's not forget there's another clique that likes to extol water signs as especially human, that no one feels as strongly as they do (not even fire signs) and aren't as caring. All the signs catch flack. Scorpio seems to get the most praise AND criticism. As for the good I think Charlie summed it up well. And like all the signs they have some very good and bad manifestations. I knew one who went from very bad to very good. Focusing on only the good I know a Cancer sun who was a professional counselor who became a substitute teacher for the money but brought his counseling career with him. The school told him to stay out of the problems of kids, it would only make trouble but he wouldn't and he alone tried to make a difference. ('Course I could share a terrible account of another Cancer man that was like his opposite yet still with Cancer reasons but I won't since this is about the good.) IP: Logged |

Yeah i know i just find it laughable. I`ve seen other signs with even worst traits than us cancer influenced people get more praised. Its weird how much crap we get for being emotional and whiney but the other water sign pisces on the other hand that is also VERY emotional gets alot more praise and is more popular. I`ve seen time and time again that strongly influenced pisceans can use the "victim" card alot and not only do they have a tendency to do that but they also are along with geminies the biggest liars. But people seem to be able to ignore pisceans bad qualities and focus more on their good traits unlike what they do to us cancerians, hahahaha. Actually not long ago someone made a thread about two of the water moons i think and you could see people favoured pisces more than cancer haha. But yeah cancer is very nurturing, intuitive and can give the best advice to someone bc we can truly see what someone needs. Cancer are good listeners (don`t know how many times i have heard that) when it truly matters bc we truly want to hear what someone goes through and help them. And people tend to come to a cancer influenced person when they are going through a difficult time. We tend to be the "rock" for someone that is having it difficult. Its unfortunate though that people come mostly to us when they need emotional help and our insight but turn their backs as soon as everyhing is okey again. I remember at one point that i felt like i always reminded someone of something painful rather than something good just by looking at me bc of the countless times people have only come to me when their hearts have been broken, unsure or just plain lost. But we can give people clearity and guidance and that brings me joy. Sometimes i feel like the mom/teacher the children come to when they have gotten themselves into a deep mess hehe.

Some water heavy people come in to complain about how unfairly they are treated rather than just giving praise to their fellow water influenced people or to graciously accept the praise that's been given. Don't get me wrong in jumping to conclusions about my feelings towards the water signs. I frequently draw in all water signs in various placements and I love them. LOL I once fell very hard for a cancer moon and a couple of cancer suns. (The moon was rough to move on from)

I don't see much praise being posted, in fact most replies are about the negativity towards each other posted on here rather than about positive traits of people with a lot of cancerian energy.. Something i like about cancer people: i have noticed a lot of cancer sun men that i know are very political and caring of what goes on in the world. They see the world as their family they have to protect and nurture. They, I've noticed, can see the world as their family and try their best to help how they can. I've also noticed with myself, and others who are cancer, is that we are very giving people. Myself and other cancers i've known will take people in and look after them when they've got nowhere else to go. Something else i like about cancer energy is that with all that water there is a level of vibes at least i pick up on.. I definitely feel like i can sense other water dominated people due to a level of communication that feels to be through vibes and emotions..

Look through the posts carefully. I believe the very first one, if not then definitely the third, who is a very water heavy person. You need only to look at your original post to see the energy that was put into this thread. You could have said, "What do you love about cancer influenced people?" but no. You had to kick things off with your complaining. Thus setting the stage for more of it.

They make the greatest parents haha  And also, did you ever see a cancer-persons home?? They are the kings and queens of interior decorating. They have such good styles! And they are also really creative, and usually good at many creative things, not only drawing. But they have like a touch of the "practical" stuff in life. They make great food as well... everything that is related to the home, they are very good at. Usually their home is also an extremely relaxing place to be, but I'm not sure if they are that sociable and inviting people home all the time... their home is more like their own private base, but their closest loved ones are always welcome. And also for a more lame one:P Did you ever see the womens breasts? LOL, they are always the most nicest looking lol! Actually I find cancer people really hot, especially the women. I've noticed this about cancer men too. Personally have known three cancer sun & two cancer moon with an acute understanding of politics, especially global interplays. I always related it to an interest in history and military/survivalist (crab shell) but I suppose caring and seeing the world as a family to hold together is part of it. I guess that was his training but it always seemed highly intuitive. The same with people too - if I found myself in the middle of some war or unrest, or even a natural disaster I'd feel safe with a cancer. Socially, good at having fun. The men seem very masculine and inspire other men & women seem especially good at mixing with other women without triggering some of the low behaviour that can happen in groups. Eh - not sure if this is the sign or aspects in those ive known, but they've all been very good sales people too

Cancers have a very healing, accepting, and nurturing vibe so people naturally gravitate towards them and want to be around them. You are very charming and have great social skills, you are also often very professional and good at your chosen field. Honestly, you can't complaint, you are truly blessed but every sign has its defects.IP: Logged |

Just bc you are political does not mean you have a good objective understanding of politics. There are a bunch of presidents who have a poor understanding of politics and are oblivious to it. Presidents after all are pre-selected puppets so someone saying that someone is political does not impress me; you can be "very" political and clueless. In my opinion every political ideology out there has a bunch of wholes and problems that come with it but people that defend one ideology over the other are completely biased and blinded to its faults. Great cooks and artists. I swear they could make a shoebox feel like home for their family/loved ones. Emotionally intuitive. Extremely loyal to the people they care about.I've never met a negative/complaining Cancer. They're sometimes a little quiet and soft-spoken, but really quite nice underneath that shell. Cancer cares deeply about the people in their inner circle. A family member is married to a cancer sun. I have never seen a man do so much for his wife ever! He really treats her like a queen.Also most cancers I know are very cheerful and will smile even when crying so the people around them will still feel at ease. I am this way too. I am a cancer moon. Also have a 4th house stellium. I am a nurturing type of person. I love caring for people and animals! To some it is clingy or suffocating, but its all care! I am a romantic. I am very loyal, even though I have my emotional tantrums, my feelings about the people close to me dont change. Yeah Ive noticed this too. Water signs dont feel more emotions or are more human, water just understands emotions because they are just foced more on them. Just like air is more focused on their thoughts, it doesnt mean they are smarter... Fire is focused on action but ti doesnt mean they are better at getting things done and everyone else is lazy. It's just where the focus is directed... I am a fire void, it doesnt mean I suck at fire things I just dont focus on it and havent developed that side of me. IP: Logged |

Cancer friends are my favorites! They are really the nicest and funniest friends to have. I feel genuinely happy and excited to hang out with them. I feel that they sacrifice a lot for people they love. Although with time I have drifted away from some of them, I always remember them the most.IP: Logged |
