Hello my lovely Venusian Pisceans. ♥

I admire your sign placement. I wish I could love indiscriminately.

Please tell me the ways of your beautiful Venus in Pisces.

I'll just sit here and admire you from afar.

Love, a Scorpy Venus.

I have this placement! I like to do anything I can to show someone they are special even when I don't have money.

I have this placement. It definitely softens up the whole chart and makes you an empathetic soul. Mind you, this is coming from an Aqua Sun/Cap Moon...both notorious for being "cold" and "detached". Basically, I co-sign everything typically said about Venus in Pisces: longing to merge, selflessness, sensitivity, savior-approach, etc.

Mine's in the 6th house, so my desire to alleviate suffering manifests on a spiritual and everyday level. I want to take home ALL of the strays and stop ALL of the suffering. This whole refugee crisis has me in tears on a regular basis :'(. I'm also easily moved by anything that references the entirety of the human experience..good, bad, and ugly. There's just something about having lived life that's so emotional...

Aquarius sun, Libra rising,
Capricorn moon. Hot mess.

That's sweet. You don't need money to do something special. It means more than buying some trinket in a store. For me, Venus in Pisces make the best friends.

Interesting. I have a Libra Sun and Aqua Moon, but a Scorpio Venus. I'm so much more sensitive than I let on. I've got a solid poker face, but I get very emotional in private when provoked. When I fall in love, it's painful most of the time.

I have a six house stellium so I understand about the collecting of strays. I did that as a kid. I love cats, rabbits, and small animals in general.

With people, I'm more guarded and distant. I rather not watch human suffering because most of the time there is nothing I can do to help. It does bring humility and puts ones' own life into perspective.

All of that resonates with me. It's funny how a Water Venus will soften up even multi-Air placement individuals. Your mention of a poker face, guardedness, and private emotionality is how I roll, also. Falling in love is def painful for Air peeps, especially when you're prone to emotions you're not naturally equipped to understand. Terrifying stuff haha.

And yeah, I've talked to a few Virgo/6th house friends who feel the same...not being able to be of service and fix problems creates the worst feelings of helplessness. Glad it's not just me who feels that way!

OMG please keep sharing!

There's a friend of mine that I'm considering taking things to the next level with. He's an Aqua with a Gemini Moon. Venus in Pisces, of course!

He talks about his longing for a deep, transformative relationship. A partner that inspires him and gets him in touch with his deepest emotions.

We have such amazing interactions together for hours!

I'm an Aries with a Water Grand Trine in my chart so I can easily help him connect with his feelings. I'm also Taurus Venus, so I would try my best to be a grounding force for him - should we pursue this. I just wonder if HE is also able to be a grounding force for ME? If he is comfortable taking charge and being a Leader when needed?

Can an Aqua/Pisces express their romantic desires without constantly being nudged to do so?

Air Signs worry me. Help me. Lol.

Happy to help where I can! First off an Aqua/Aries pairing sounds delish <3 I've found that they can typically "keep up" with one another in ways most other signs can't.

His longing for a deep, transformative relationship and an inspiring partner sounds typical for this Venus.
Whether you fit the bill or not is unknown, possibly even to him...for now. As any person with Neptune/Pisces placements will tell you, there's this lingering sense of having experienced the divine/another realm that we're always trying to recapture -- in the case of Venus, an otherworldly love. It's a haunting longing for something that you could have sworn you've touched before, which is why Pisces Venus is sometimes regarded as a commitment-averse placement. This friend of yours is looking for this and he really won't know when he's found it until a visceral, merging experience occurs. It has no logic or reason, which freaks his Air parts out, I'm sure. It's a strange push-pull -- the sensitivity being familiar on a soul-level, but foreign to the Air element. Makes me dizzy just thinking about it.

So expect confusion, contradiction, and moments of sensitivity to be followed up by the exact opposite. However, once it's been established that he can express his romantic side in front of you (and not combust), he may be able to do so more willingly and without much prompting. It depends on how much Water he has going on and his comfort level, but that's been standard for me and other Pisces Venus people I know. Emotional Aquas are something people even doubt exist -- even here on LL, so consider yourself special if you can access that part of him.

Taurus Venus sounds like a cool complement to his Venus; you'll definitely provide grounding to any affection you both share. However, I'd caution against expecting the same upfront -- especially if he doesn't have much Earth or fixed placements in his chart. As for his ability to ground, take charge, and lead, that depends on the rest of his chart. If it's mostly mutable, then probs not. That's just my take, at least.

Do you feel that House placements are a big factor in this? Or no?

He is heavily Mutable in Signs. But his Venus sits in the 8th. Mars in the 5th, Moon in the 11th. So I'm curious about whether this "strengthens" him since these planets fall into Fixed Houses.

He is also Leo ASC.

The Aries-Aqua dynamic is indeed a lot of fun! We both love exploration & independence. We makes fast friends.

The reason why I typically leave it at "just friends" with them is because of exactly what you stated above - CONTRADICTION. Because both my Venus & Mars are earthy, I need stability and consistency in my romantic partners. I need you to say what you mean and mean what you say.

I don't mind you having a mysterious quality about yourself. I don't mind giving you time to trust me. I don't mind sometimes sending messages to you through "vibes". But at some point...I need you to make a MOVE. I don't enjoy feeling confused.

Do you guys truly not know what you want? Is it hard for you to ever be satisfied?

I need to know.

I know someone with the same placements - Aqua Sun, Gemini Moon, Pisces Venus. He also has a Scorpio Mars.
Very charismatic individual.
He is dating a Taurus lady with a Venus in Aries.

He is a commitment phobic

So..is he afraid to commit to the wrong woman who may not be able to keep up with him? You know Air folks can't stand to be bored! They need stimulating partners.

Or do you feel that he's a player or just unfaithful by nature?

I think he can't settle with one woman as the opportunities are plenty. But then again, he has a heavy 5th house stellium. He is not a cheater at all. He also said he only wants to marry one time. No divorce. But he is way to careful with his choices, it seems.
His Moon is also afflicted by Pluto and Venus and Chiron.

Hmmm. Those placements might offer some fixity. Does he have a stellium at all? If so, that might also speak to his modality.

I think Pisces Venus knows, intuitively, what they want but don't often know how to go about getting it. That comes with chasing ethereal love in the material world; it's not easy. Having an intangible, inner-knowing that there is a true partner doesn't exactly arm you with a trusty roadmap. People with this placement feel like they'll know it when they encounter it, which is why many are wary to commit and get mistaken for players/commitment phobes. We're just looking for "the one" as cheesy as that sounds. Sorry; my Air and Earth parts always gag a little when I say things like that lolol. Anyhoo, it's extremely hard to imagine being content, on a soul-level, until that's achieved.

That said, I totally understand your frustration. About 1/3 of my chart is Capricorn -- I also dislike contradiction, confusion, and a lack of concreteness. Take comfort in knowing you're not alone...your Pisces Venus friend is equally confused, if not more .

Yes, he has Mars, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune in the 5th House.

Again, he has his Moon in the 11th and we both have Venus in the 8th!

That I definitely see now.

I've decided to pull away from my guy friend for this very reason. I like him, but he simply isn't direct enough. And that's a problem for me.

You can take my Venus in Pisces placement any time! But then it is square to Neptune and Jupiter in Sag...... too much if the rose tinted glasses for me. Depresses my earthy planets that would rather have one's feet firmly planted in reality.

I have bad luck when it comes to relationships and some friendships. Everything is too much in a fog to deal with..... unconditionally loving and hopeful. Can think a dirty and warty frog as a handsome prince.....

I'm coming to a Saturn square natal Venus transit, conjunction my Jupiter/Neptune. I am deeply praying that things will become more grounded for me and that practicality and common sense take place.

I need a safe and validating foundation to be in any sort of relationship.

I'm sorry he wasn't able to be what you needed. That said, it sounds like your experience with him has validated your preferences. In my book, that's a win. What exactly drew you to him? Do you think it was mostly his Venus or something else?

Yeah, Pisces Venus has a way of irking my Earth placements, too, so I can empathize lol. Saturn can really emphasize bottom lines and give structure, so I hope your Saturn transit gets the job done! If you learn any tricks or memorable lessons, please share the wealth!

Yes, I feel it was his Venus drawing me in the most. That's the part of him that craves a deeper bond -- he just doesn't seem to know how to obtain that though, which is the problem.

We do have really amazing conversations together for very long periods of time. So I do really enjoy "that part" of his airy Aqua/Gem personality.
