Is there any other Libra's on here who need MASSIVE amounts of affection? I sometimes wonder if I aim my expectations too high, but if my partner does not give me enough love, touching, playing etc I am MISERABLE.
I'm dating a Capricorn, my Capricorn lover is the opposite to me, she does not need a lot of affection and too much of it is annoying to her.
I currently feel extremely emotionally unfullfilled. Is it my Scorpio Moon?

I'd say that was your Scorpio moon rather than Libra sun. Libra likes relationships but aren't that intense emotionally, and typically need time to themselves as well as time with others to "balance." I'm speaking only of Libra energy, a Libra sun is affected by all the other placements, of course. Water signs seem to need the most affection (though Pisces is slippery). Libra & Capricorn energy can actually get along quite well despite being squared to each other and I know more than one Libra/Cappie couple. As a Libra sun I generally have a hard time meeting the emotional demands of Scorpio and Cancer, though the exceptions are very notable. It would seem to me that Cappie would also have a hard time with that unless they have a watery placement there somewhere, like a Pisces or Scorpio moon. IP: Logged |

I do enjoy time alone, especially to read or just think, I need a lot of that. In that way my partner differs because she would rather we do everything together.
But from the emotional stand point, yeah it HAS to be the Scorpio moon! I always feel like I want to know everything going on in the other persons head and I want us to be in sync.
Hmmm there is other factors, I am an identical twin so I have grown up having a constant close mental connection to someone which I'm use to.
It's either the Scorpio Moon or the being a twin. She's a sun and moon Capricorn, has heaps of earth in her chart. Although she is a Pisces Rising. She hides her emotions though... IP: Logged |

My boyfriend is a libra sun, but with pisces moon. He needs a lot of affection too.... both emotionally and intellectually... but not necessarily that he needs to hold hands and touching a lot all the time..I'm a virgo sun with pisces moon and I also need a LOT of affection! But I'm also water dominant... so I really think it's a water-moon thing  IP: Logged |

Scorpio Moon here and I THRIVE on affection. If my partner isn't affectionate with me then I get very anxious and frustrated. I in turn am a very affectionate person. I think the desire to give/want affection can be a water sign thing, though some earth signs can also crave that "touch" (Taurus in particular).I am in a relationship with a Cancer Sun/Taurus Moon man right now and he is SO warm and cuddly, but even he jokes about how overly affectionate I am sometimes (that may be his Gemini Venus or Libra Mars talking). The coldest person I've ever been with had a 4 planet Leo stellium and possibly Taurus Moon (go figure). To try and even get a kiss out of him was like pulling teeth! Never again. IP: Logged |

I thinks its because Venus rules your Sun.I am dating a Libra and we just can't get enough of each other. Our relationships is very "milk and honey"; Lots of affection, tons of kissing, tons of touching,tons of sex  I have dated other Venus-ruled Sun and Moons before and they all like being touched IME. He likes it a lot when I secretly hold his hand under the table, or unobtrusively rub his stomach whilst conversing with someone. I think it makes him feel sexy. I am Sag Sun btw.

My husband is a libra, I'm a cap. He as virgo moon and cap asc. On top of that, uranus square his moon/venus/mars. So I guess that's why he enjoys physical and emotional closeness greatly, but he doesn't need a lot of it (or should I say, he doesn't need it all the time) to be happy. He likes to do things together, but likes his own time too. When we're together, often we're all over each other (our venus/mars make an earth grand trine) . Friends often tell us to get a room. But we can be apart for long periods of time without feeling unfulfilled. IP: Logged |

Yes! it's kinda hard to explain, hmmm I do still like independence but I crave an affectionate bond which is deeper then usual. As you said emotionally and intellectually as well. I don't like touching without emotional attachment. The times we are together I just want this electricity, where I can just grab my partner and kiss them passionately and vice versa. IP: Logged |

Yes!! I do understand you, I am very secure in knowing my partner and I have strong feelings for each other. But she just isnt as constantly intense as I am and I find it frustrating. Bahaha us Scorpio Moons do apparently have intense emotions. I love just cuddling and talking about feelings and stuff and I need some kind of intimate time every day to feel happy. IP: Logged |
