I don't think so. To me it means you'll have a partner that you will desire to be very intimate with like a deep soul connection that makes the both of you very introverted together and do things that couples only do alone a very intimate Union you would seek. Seeing this aspect alone I doubt it means doom for marriage it just tells me the type of marriage partner your attracted to and seek. Just my opinion.

I think to have a doomed marriage life you'd have to have juno retrograde in a bad house AND it bein aflicted or uranus heavenly involved with the 7th house or 7 ruler Elizabeth Taylor had prominent uranus afflicting a lot of her personal planets/personal romantic houses Id have to see her chart to look at it again. She was always changing her mind and very self centered it seems like madonna.
