1: go through other people's mail stating "I was worried it was something bad" despite radiating paranoia and suspiciousness?

2: tell a person he/she should enjoy alone time and do what makes him/her happy only to later be ****** off and seething when said person/s do what makes him/her happy?

3: create drama only to test other people's limits and loyalty?

Pretty much. (Emphasis on unevolved.)

And when they finally manage to drive you away they say they knew that would happen and thus feel vindicated (in an unhappy way) rather than realizing it only happened because they made it happen. Of course if someone manages to stay next to them then the Scorpio probably won't have any respect for such a person for taking such crap and asking for more. There's no way to pass their tests except not to play.

And by not playing, one should just ignore?

It's pretty hard to ignore a Scorpio, once they've been in your life

Seconded!

They are masters of digging their own graves, which then validates their original suspicious feelings and behaviors so they continue, thinking they were right to mistrust the person when in reality they drove them away. Vicious cycle.

They dont respect people that give in but they also have a hard time trusting people that dont (the unevolved ones... so I dont know lol

Yeah I can definitely see that.
I had a Scorpio tell me outrageous lies just to see if I would be judgmental about them. Then truly not understand why I would be upset that he lied.
Our friendship quickly ended because he told me he believes women shouldn't vote. I'm still not positive whether or not he believed that garbage or if he was simply feeling me out to see what I would accept from him and then didn't like my reaction.

As a Scorp rising with a Pluto 1H. I highly second this. A lot of the time we do and say things just to test the person's reaction. WE DO THIS A LOT.

I have a lot of scorp in me but I'm a pisces so I use the intensity to my advantage. My moon is also progressing through Scorp. We would die for our friends and expect the same from others.

Charlie, didn't you date a lot of plutonians though?

In general even the evolved plutonians do 2 and 3 to some extent. Just not as obnoxious and obvious, mostly because they have become more experienced => more perceptive => do not need to test as much to see someone's true colors. The younger ones have to test more and might not even know themselves as well. An unevolved plutonian is the one who is old enough to know not to play certain games but still do it. I'd say you should move on from those scorps/plutonians

overall though, mars-ruled people (this means Arians to some extent) love dramas to keep their life exciting. I am saying this as an aries mooner with strong pluto influence.

My mother is a sun-pluto conjunct with scorpio rising and her partner is a scorpio so I'm surrounded by scorpionic energy as well. When a scorp man does number 2, depending on what the person does to make him/herself happy, even if he is not happy, he rather sees you do what make you happy because it keeps the challenge going. Of course there are off-limit territory.

In many cases, the scorps that tell others to go do something might just do that as part of a BIGGER scheme. This bigger scheme might be realized through time. The crappy behaviors will keep going on until the scheme is realized and counteracted by the other side. As scorps tend to be very subtle. If they dont spell it out, no one will be able to hold them accountable to their words and they can deny things have happened.

Scorps are not that dangerous. I think all the signs can counter their behaviors:
The Aries/Sag approach:confront, refuse to play the game, go on with their own adventures and dont give a fuq
The Taurus approach: completely fend your territory with staunch stubbornness
Cancer/pisces approach: being elusive, hold off information until scorps show behaviors that are considerate enough to make one feel "safe"
The Virgo approach: adapt but break things down in an analytical manner.
The Capricorn approach: poker face; refuse to play the game until the right behaviors appear; keep all behaviors on the record so the scorp knows he can't glaze over the past.
Sag/gem approach: throw out a bunch of information to confuse the opponent
Aquarius (and sorta Leo) approach: drop the scorp like a hot potatoes until sufficient courting behaviors occur
Scorp/plutonian approach: test them back. Although be very careful what you wish for

Freeze them out Scorpio (or Leo) style is more like it, but that doesn't preclude vigilance against them in case they become dangerous or otherwise try to escalate the sitch (anything from spreading false rumors to vandalism, attacking pets to becoming violent). Though Scorpios find it useful to freeze the "unworthy" out they hate having the same thing done to them and would typically rather have your passionate hatred than detached disdain (and that's how freezing them out will come off to them). They'd rather matter as someone worthy to hate than be dismissed as someone not worthy of your attention.

Think of it as defending your principles. Staying true to them matter to you is what tire showing. Deep down a Scorp respects that

How do you know if you are evolved Scorpio? As a Scorpio I would like to know :-). ^^^but those behaviors sound like a person with a personality disorder, no matter what the sign.

But it's not strictly based on age and there are young phoenixes and old spiders.
