I have a double scorpio brother. His sun is in capricorn and his moon and rising are in scorpio. I guess he could be considered unevolved because he is 17. Does anyone have experience with a double scorpio? So far I noticed that he is VERY secretive, and manipulative. I'm just worried about him when he reaches adulthood. IP: Logged |

My mother has Sun, Moon and Mercury in Scorpio. Aries Asc. Cap Venus. Not sure about the Mars. She is, and has been, extremely privat all her life and tolerates absolutely no BS from anyone! She can smell a lie from miles away. Is very intuitive and knows when something is wrong no matter how deep it's hidden. Unfortunately, her deep emotions and ability to see through people have caused her some drinking problems for quite some years but it's getting better. She is very kind, when not p-d off, and LOVES animals!! I know she had problems with bosses and "authorities" as a youngster and she could just up and leave if she didn't like situation. I wouldn't call her manipulative at all. I don't think you need to worry about your brother. He is young still  One thing that's been constant in my experiences with Scorpios, especially the Moons, is that they seem to take a strong liking to alcohol.. IP: Logged |

He will become better as he matures...which happens with pretty much everyone.
Just don't expect he will become less private, because he won't.What kind of manipulation do you sense from him? Because I have a scorp moon and the only manipulative thing I sometimes do is lying to protect my privacy or avoid unpleasant conversations... Curious what charlie just said...I like drinking. But don't do it anymore because my health can't take it. IP: Logged |

This post mostly falls in line with what I was thinking.
His Scorpio may not fully be responsible for his secretive nature. There are many other things that can contribute.
Nor does a person's age necessarily tie into how "evolved" they are.

My second to youngest brother has Sun, Moon, Merc, Venus and Mars in Scorip.
He spent a lot of time dancing with his demons, but he's finally working through it at age 40.
My son has Scorpio Sun , Asc and Venus, but he's got a Cap Moon. Totally different story. He's on his own, paying rent working a good job,settled with one girl since high school. That Cap energy makes ALL the difference in the world. Trust me.IP: Logged |

Just make sure he knows you're there for him, when he gets in trouble. Like he can count on you. In certain ages, there's nothing else you can do...unless we're talking about teen errors in catastrophic proportion :-DIP: Logged |
