Topic: Broke up with someone right as Venus went rx, day after it went direct we made up....

Was the break up due to the rx?
When Venus went retrograde is was exact square my saggy Sun/Merc and opposed my pisces Amor.The day after it went back direct it was exact conjunct his natal Venus and exact trine my Jupiter. Now we are communicating a lot about why we broke up and he admits it was his irrational fears that caused the issues...we both have agreed we need better communication.
He's started talking to me about why he gets scared and freaks out. Telling me the things that happened that ruined his marriage and how it left him with some very big insecurities. My question is, was this break down due to Venus rx, does this bring out fears and insecurities in relationships?
I just find it odd that he started feeling insecure right as it went retrograde and then we broke up. But right as it goes direct he starts to be willing to address these fears and want to fix them. Will Venus rx cause that? IP: Logged |

Hi, i'm having an oddly similar experience.. During retrograde me and my boyfriend broke up, genuinly thought that was it over.. Felt like it had been a long time coming.. Was trying to move my mind on try and get out of my head about him try talk to other people or whatever, we meet up on Friday to talk since we've not seen each other since we broke up and end up having a really nice time with each other and seeing that we actually enjoy our time together ?? Spent 2 days there with him he just left.. Now I don't know what's happening.. IP: Logged |

I did the same thing, started to moved on and genuinely put effort into going on dates n stuff...but I'm so happy I don't have to do that. I really want to just move forward with him! I didn't want to break up it just seemed he was so unstable emotionally and thinking I was not being faithful, but I always was.
He's admitted to this and said it was unfair of him and he wants to change that knee jerk fear reaction. IP: Logged |

I met several people during VenusRx, I'm only seeing one know, he has VenusRx natal. I think Venus selected people in my life.
But, I must admit I only want one. I suppose there's some potential since we're getting closer. I never feel tense around him, this is a first for me.There's someone from my past that's not talking to me know...I'm so confused, maybe things will get clear now with Venus Direct.
This one makes me so nervous I shake :-( I shudder at the tought of Mercury going Rx soon as well! IP: Logged |

One of my friends is a gemini and she is going through a similar thing too! 3 guys. only one is sticking around. but he seems to be the only one that isn't a "challenge", whatever that means. IP: Logged |

It does seem to select ppl in our lives doesn't it?
It seems almost karmic! My karma is in libra and on my libra AC/Pluto. Then my libra Pluto is conjunct libra Venus.
Add in my libra Destin and Anti-Vertex are conjunct on my libra Venus....so yes I do think Venus can be very karmic in my life.

Wow guys....all your stories are definitely Venus RX at play! I have it in my natal so I GET IT ALL THE TIME. Just finally had the duel with my ex...told him I was ready to move on from him (yay I won) then of course today moon was conjunct my pluto and I tried contacted him again said some sweet things to him, which he didn't respond to (boo, he won, I lost)! "all is fair in love and war" comes to mind. Nonetheless Gabby I wish I could understand the whole Karma astroid, mine is in my 9th Aries...not sure I understand what this astroid is all about....so I have no input for you. No matter what I hope for my sake and all of us....the Venus RX period ends soon...I'm really done with it. IP: Logged |

My guy and I had a lot of problems come to light during the Venus Rx cycle...in fact, those problems are still coming between us right now... I'm really at a loss about it. The solar eclipse tonight made us have our first major-major argument...a serious baddy. I'm not really sure what's going to happen. I feel like the next two weeks are kind of make it or break it, to be honest. We have a very unique situation, however, that has to do with immigration (he's from another country). I'm really insecure in some ways and he is too. It's a tough one... I was hoping we'd get over a lot of the BS during Venus Rx and come out stronger... we made up tonight and our love is still there, but we're going through some serous rough patches and I just wish it would end. a few people reached out to me. I'm hoping my sorta-ex would leave me alone. After venus went direct, I have decided to move on but hm... supposedly the whole venus message is not done until venus reaches virgo the same degrees before it went retrograde.
Karmic relationships are so tiring ...

So oct 9th Venus will be where it was before it went retro and oct 10 mercury goes direct also...good things right then!!

Was seeing this guy and during venus rx he was going through stuff and dropped off a little. Now he's come back and let it all out, told me how much he's missed me and doesn't want things to end. IP: Logged |

Yes, man I'm seeing called me up night of solar eclipse to talk about our problems. We'd started having them during mercury retrograde and barely spoke during venus retrograde. I started moving on and met someone while venus was retrograde and I feel like I've known him forever, he's so easy to get along with and it's so weird our lives mirror one another. He'll tell me things I'm the one saying no way I did that too or I went there etc. if I believed in soulmates I'd say this one is possible. I'll be happy when mercury retrograde come and go so I can see the new development. IP: Logged |
