Scorpio sun at 29 degrees. From what I understand transit saturn is conjunct my Sun and opposite my Moon. How long will saturn be affecting these planets for? How do I figure out what degree saturn is at?

Thanks

Saturn goes back and forward 3 times during a transit...it should last at least a year I guess, but I'm not absolutely sure here...

I use planetwatcher.com to observe current and future planet positions...it's pratical because I can advance the date as I please

You can download free ware ASTROLOG. It even allows you to 'animate' the current sky in your location to show the movement of everything in real time.

Saturn generally transits natal points for several months (4-6).

Does this reasoning make sense?

Saturn takes about 2.5 years to transit a sign. 2.5 years = 30 months.

There are 30 degrees in each sign (0-29). So it takes about a month for a degree?

If a planet is affected up to 5 degrees then it would be about 10 months (5 before, 5 after) that a planet would be affected?

Unless there's a retrograde?
